I love when people are willing to modify or diy their things, instead of being worried about a resale value.
I love that yellow chair, I got a 1960s ish yellow chair, its not the same style, but I love it. (I got it for free from my office in practically unused condition, thanks boss)

Oh my goshhh I've always wanted rats, they are adorable!! And your new place looks so cozy 😍 I wish that I'll be able to have a seperate studio like that one day, too. Right now I just have a tiny table in me and my boyfriend's bedroom, using one of our dining room chairs lol 😅 But like you said, it's better than nothing. I also started learning how to paint last year at 26, looking forward to the video!

Always a pleasure seeing your new videos. Congratulations on your new space and your growing little family! Welcome back! As an aside for decor... you said you love color if you wanted some on your walls what about some removable contact paper? As a fellow renter I can vouch for is efficency!
