Does presidient morty have the same voicelines to rick beacause its also evil morty just in disguise

For the most part. There are some unique lines, and other line removed, but it's relatively the same.
Does anyone say anything to evil morty?
Pretty sure theres no response dialogues to alt skin characters like cake or black adam the rock
