Hey man, I’m glad someone is doing a video on one of these bikes. Ive been trying to remove that sprocket on the crank to get to that bearing but I’ve unfortunately damaged the teeth on it so I’ve had to source another crank. How much pressure and heat did you give the sprocket for it to release? Cause you seem to skip over it on video 🤣 thanks
Um a lot of heat and a lot of pressure 😂😂 by a lot of heat I mean the map gas touch(yellow bottle) for a long time. I didn’t use an oxy acetylene torch 😂 but if you use the bearing puller make sure it’s not tight on there. Keep it loose because I’m pretty sure it was pinching it when it was tight.
Siked to see another video on this build, good work! 👍
I’m getting close to posting the full engine restoration video. Probably another week!
