My Bread Recipe
Simply Classic white sandwich Bread
300-310g of water
10g active dry yeast
455g unbleached bread flour
12g kosher salt
knead for 12mins in a stand mixer
Bake 350F 25-30min
Until the temp reaches 190-210f
