Sounds stupid when you say it but this song is still underrated. In my opinion this is one of the greatest songs of all time. Everytime i hear it it captures my imagination. A real masterpiece. Other great and arguably much more popular songs by Depeche mode like Personal Jesus and enjoy the silence get more attention. but everyone should know this one. especially this cool 101 Version. its my fav DM song.
I was 15 when my uncle(a huge fan as well) brought me along to attend DM 101. We flew half way round the globe just for this. The best DM live performance ever IMHO! Every time I listen to the DM 101 collection, I will look up the sky and thank my uncle for this unforgettable experience!🙏

Then, at the final show in Pasadena, California where they played to 80,000 people. I recall driving on the 210 Freeway listening to KROQ when an announcement came over the radio. The radio station was giving away tickets to the final DM gig of the tour at the Rose Bowl.. THe give away was in the form of a can drive. I drove to the nearest grocery store in Pasadena and purchased the can goods. We stood in line for many hours but the wait was totally worth it. The camera were rolling during the time we were in line with our can goods. Partial footage ended up in the movie - 101. THe concert was EPIC! The rain and thunder was freakin awesome. THe lightning made an apprearance during PIMP and even Hollywood could not have provided the special effects any better than Mother Nature that night. The food fight was also pretty epic!. Cheers!
