- In ogni puntata del telequiz "Superflash" condotto da Mike Bongiorno sono apparsi vari personaggi famosi. Nella puntata del 17 novembre 1983, in onda su Canale 5, ecco apparire i Depeche Mode. La band, giovanissima, esegue uno dei suoi primi brani, "Everything counts". Simpatica l'intervista del conduttore alla fine della canzone.

They were already well known by 1983, their first album released the year before was a big success with 3 hit singles. They weren't as well known in Italy though, but they were influential in setting up the Italo Disco synth wave that hit Italy 1-2 years later with songs like Tarzan Boy, Hey Hey Guy, Commanchero etc.
Yesterday on April 5th, 2024 I was at a Depesche Mode concert in Cologne. 2.5 hours of enjoyment, it was brilliant.
Martin being asked if he was a boy or a girl ! He handled that very well. He’s definitely a really cute boy. ❤️🎹🎼🥁

Oggi ci sono solo i talent, in tutte le salse e per tutte le età, con cover, ri-cover e ricoverati!

Практически , на всех концертах Депеша ( в Москве ) , за последние 20 лет , побывал и всегда в фан зоне, хоть, концерт и длится ( вместе с 2х часовым разогревом) по 4-5 часов , а ты все время на ногах , но получая кайф от этой музыки , ты не замечаешь усталости и наворачиваются слезы ,тоски от расставания с группой , на последней песне концерта( на бисс), до следующего раза. Теперь с этой пандемией, когда еще приедут к нам . Депеш ты вас любим и ждём , всегда в гости.

Mike Bongiorno was famous for his tendency to make faux pas on air! I would like to tell you A LOT but in English they would be quite impossible to understand... Like that time a woman failed an answer on a quiz about a bird and he said "ahi ahi ahi signora Longari mi è caduta sull'uccello" ("so sorry, miss Longari, you failed on the bird") that in Italian means also "miss Longari you hurted me falling on my penis"
