Dawn Staley was a great player and she's now a great coach! She's built South Carolina into a powerhouse program and she's now a Hall of Fame lock as a coach winning her third national championship!!! She's so humble and is a wonderful ambassador and advocate for women's college basketball and women's basketball in general!! Congratulations, Coach Staley!

Went to same high school as Dawn. I was a Sr when she was in the 9th grade. Dobbins had some GREAT Bball players in that Era. Hank Gathers, Bo Kimble (my classmates) Doug Overton (I think he & Dawn graduated the same year) and the late, great Linda Page, (Dawn Broke many of Linda’s scoring records except Linda scored 100 points in one game) love seeing North Philly represented!
