While reading this explanation, it makes me cry.. I was bullied when I was a child. The struggle of being alone and no one can talk to makes me think to end everything but because of my faith to the Lord, I started to look at the positive things.
And actually Dabin, the girl who removed her ponytail said she can relate to the concept as she was bullied before. And i think her removing her ponytail is like she's telling them that she's "confident" even after being bullied.
The creativity was on a whole different level, I had goosebumps running down my skin, they perfectly displayed the messages they wanted to convey with hints of "outcast" and "bullying/violence". The very last pose was chilling ahhh .. this is art *standing ovation*

dude, i watch all of the performance tonight, and hoon team was the best i think, the story and the team work is perfect. Hoon concept was so great, the only performance that match the theme "teenage", the struggle, the not giving up mind things, also match the song lyric, love how he think "move your body" deeply. as an IC, actually i was afraid that his team performance shaded by others, with coaches that really good in dancing reputation, so i was so nervous, but this performance is so beyond expectation, also highest score for tonight was awesome. oh donggyo face, the chair, each of them show their desperate faces then dance like crazy is soooo greaattt
ikr, i was really nervous watch them perform but it turns out great. true, i also afraid that people might thinking that hoon joining this program was just in charge of variety and to make the recording happily, instead of showing his best as dancer, but he really done his best to the team.

I'm not an Inner circle but I've watched Seunghoon since Kpop star. I saw what YG saw in him so I never doubted his position in this show as a mentor. Yes, he may not be the best dancer technically but he is not competing here as a dancer but as a mentor and choreographer. If you see him in KPOP star and WIN you will know that his strength doesn't lie on dancing, it's just an added bonus. His strength is his creativity and innovation. That's why YG took him. You can learn how to dance or rap and even sing a Melody but you can never learn creativity. It's either you are born with it or you don't.

i've been following hoony since the predebut . Seunghoon always make the choreo that has a story . his dance may not swaggy (even actually he can) , but that what make his dance always different .
As SEUNGHOON said he wanted this entire competition to have a meaning, because dancing to these kids (most probably to him as well) had given them something to live for/to be passionate about. And seeing as how he and his team (such adorable kids imma adopt them tbh) began the group competition with such a powerful performance, I think his vision is starting to manifest and I'm so effin proud of them.
Aside from "wow they are good dancer" its more like wow that performance was great. They just didnt showcase thier abilities as dancers since it is given that everyone in this show was a great dancer but to be able to perfectly convey a powerful message to everyone was what makes their performance astounding. And i think that as an artist that was really their aim from the very start. To express their emotions through art.
This deserve a standing ovation. Amazing!!! I literally cry after watching this. They succeed delivering the message. At one point, I'm pretty sure most teenagers can relate to the story/ message from the dance. Being outcast, bullied, low self esteem, etc. Big Dipper, good job!!!
This reminded me of Team A's Choreo of Please Don't Stop the Music during WIN. Hoony really created a masterpiece here. I got goosebump after watching Big Dipper's performance.
Hoony may not have gotten the song he wanted but he got the song he needed. This song really worked for them. It had fast and slow parts which showcased different types of dance and helped with the storytelling. I want to see more of hoony's team😁 I just watched the other 2 and i'm still waiting for the others but this blew me away. add: I just watched the full episode with english sub. And i'm even more blown away. Seunghoon's own experience with dance and audition programs helped him help his team to appeal to the audience. More than just dancing, they were telling a relevant story. It's not called a performing art for no reason. They gave a clear picture through the dance and their expressions. And seunghoon being extra caring and attentive to them really melts my heart. How can you not love him?
i didn't have time to watch the show. I just saw a video of this performance yesterday, and it was just a half, not a full performance. I was so amazed by it that i decided to stay up all night to watch 1st and 2nd episode, and today when ep 3 with engsub is out i watched it right away. It's 2.30a.m now but i'm here watching this over and over again. To be honesh, this team wasn't got the best technique but there's something in this performance really got into my heart. Good job Hoony and his kids!
If they get last place after the ace unit performance 2 of their members will be eliminated. They are tied with Lia Kim team for last place on the most recent round. If they lose... 🤧 I love all the teams, but team Hoony is my favorite. 💖
I like here that every teen has their screen time and story to tell. It wasn’t one main character everyone was important. I have goosebumps. I didn’t expect that it’s Hoony team. I’m glad ☺️🙌🏻

baby hoony - not much dancer in KPop or Korea generally can made me feels enjoy the song at the same time to enjoy the dance itself. You know this day Korean entertainment (esp in dancing category) brings a lot of dance into their song but at the end mostly that I can remember only the dances not the song! Basically many young people in Korea did a good job in dance but almost like they down to deep in the beats not the song. For me who is not understand about dancing (technically or philosophy), dancing with the beat is "easy" bc the beats itself representing our heartbeat for entire our life. Dancing with melody doesn't mean harder or better. It's just the dancer needs to put the emotion and another things into the dance to make it complete and deliver into the audiences. Sometimes technique and theory are only to make us keep learning but that emotion also the other things will make us feels more alive and deliver it on honesty. The audiences got something from the performance not only fun feelings that we can forget at the next morning, next day, next week, or maybe totally can't remember at the next year.
They didn't had alot of strong dance moves like the other groups but what really makes them shine is that they dance in unison, as a group its very important to be in unison with the members. I watch the other groups they lack a little in it maybe because of their different dance styles. All in all I really like their group dance the best. Especially the expression.😍
I don't know about dance at all but this performance is so beautiful. While the other teams going tough amd swag with high level of choreography this team just want to say something thru their dance. The story about being an outcast, the hopeless feeling and stuck like you can't get out from certain situation, feeling stressed out wondering what to do, depressed and those feeling lead you to do 'that' thing. All of them perfectly portrayed that situation.
First of all I'm an IC. But I'll be honest the first time I saw each team group pictures, I thought that the color of their clothes were too bland compared to other groups. But when I watched their performance, I had goosebumps. IC already know that hoony's choreography always have a story but this is really something. The meaning and story they convey through dancing.. And each of them had their moments to showcase their strengths. 💗
Same for me..when i first saw the picture i said what style of dance will they do..i keep worrying what happen if they not dance well because they have different style of dance and other coach is a great dancer...but i guess wrong at the end...this is the most meaningfull dance for me..btw im also IC 😊😊

The skill is there. I mean they are all amazing dancers in this show, now the problem is how can they deliver that skill in such a way that the audience can remember them. Creativity. Let's face it, skills cannot make you to the top, it is the way how you execute it.
At first i was concerned with how seunghoon chose his team because they were all different and they weren't necessarily the most outstanding plus he will compete with really good choreographers. But i should have just put my faith in him the way he did their final dance in win. It was song meeting dance telling a story. It was mesmerizing to watch. And it made me rethink that his choice was the best. He is a performance genius. It made me think that he really is a yg man. He knows how to spot potential and hone it to be the best it can be and that diversity and unity can work hand in hand. He did not lie when he told them he can make them into stars because they shone tonight.
Keyword "HONE" hence, Hoony hehehe if YG have musical and lyrist genius like Teddy, GD, Hanbin, Millenium etc. . .then there is also YG Performance genius like Hoony, DK etc. . . .in my opinion.

I think Soohyun represented the 'outcast' as he was alone for most of the choreography. And when he ran towards the group, there was a wall. Then at the end after being attacked by the rest of the group he successfully fought back and shined in the center. For the others, I think they represented how 'suffocating' society is as they kept grabbing at their necks with a sad expression despite being being a part of the larger group.
After watching the 3rd episode with subs awhile ago the other teams sees team seunghoon more of a weak competitor... Even if they Aren't the best dancers in the season, they may not be the well known dancer of the season but they marked themselves by proving that dancing can be an art too.... Executing and portraying their mission well... Congrats team hoony.... Hopefully they will bag the first place.....

I swear I was just chilling in my room and this song just came out from my speakers, and suddenly I'm crying because the song just reminded me of this performance,, this performance is so powerful that after years it still on my mind, dancing is not my field so I know nothing about this but this.. This performance really gave me a message.. It hit straight to my heart.. I remember watching this when it was aired and I'm crying just like now.. This is the only performance that I still remember from the show.. every detail of it was written on my head

I LOVE LOVE this choreography because it showcased all of the dancers styles! I just saw Just Jerk’s choreography and it looked like it was a totally Just Jerk style but this this was a mix of all the dancers different styles which made the shine so much! AWESOMEEE

Seung Hoon is such an amazing choreographer! He can express emotions and feelings with his body in such an extraordinary way, and what's more, he's amazing at helping others bring out those emotions within themselves! He used all of their preferred style of dance, and somehow blended it into a masterpiece! Hoony really is a born Choreographer and I can't wait to see what his team does next! I also think he chose the best method of teaching he let them be themselves, and run everything, but he was there, providing comfort, and making sure that they weren't experiencing any hardships (Giving them transportation, free access to the training room and gym, and getting the members that live far away a place to stay) all of that builds trust and Loyalty. I think Hoony's team will be forever close because of this.

As SEUNGHOON said he wanted this entire competition to have a meaning, because dancing to these kids (most probably to him as well) had given them something to live for/to be passionate about. And seeing as how he and his team (such adorable kids imma adopt them tbh) began the group competition with such a powerful performance, I think his vision is starting to manifest and I'm so effin proud of them.

Aside from "wow they are good dancer" its more like wow that performance was great. They just didnt showcase thier abilities as dancers since it is given that everyone in this show was a great dancer but to be able to perfectly convey a powerful message to everyone was what makes their performance astounding. And i think that as an artist that was really their aim from the very start. To express their emotions through art.

I literally cry after watching this. They succeed delivering the message. At one point, I'm pretty sure most teenagers can relate to the story/ message from the dance. Being outcast, bullied, low self esteem, etc.

Hoony may not have gotten the song he wanted but he got the song he needed. This song really worked for them. It had fast and slow parts which showcased different types of dance and helped with the storytelling. I want to see more of hoony's team😁 I just watched the other 2 and i'm still waiting for the others but this blew me away.
add: I just watched the full episode with english sub. And i'm even more blown away. Seunghoon's own experience with dance and audition programs helped him help his team to appeal to the audience. More than just dancing, they were telling a relevant story. It's not called a performing art for no reason. They gave a clear picture through the dance and their expressions. And seunghoon being extra caring and attentive to them really melts my heart. How can you not love him?

i didn't have time to watch the show. I just saw a video of this performance yesterday, and it was just a half, not a full performance. I was so amazed by it that i decided to stay up all night to watch 1st and 2nd episode, and today when ep 3 with engsub is out i watched it right away. It's 2.30a.m now but i'm here watching this over and over again. To be honesh, this team wasn't got the best technique but there's something in this performance really got into my heart. Good job Hoony and his kids!

baby hoony - not much dancer in KPop or Korea generally can made me feels enjoy the song at the same time to enjoy the dance itself. You know this day Korean entertainment (esp in dancing category) brings a lot of dance into their song but at the end mostly that I can remember only the dances not the song! Basically many young people in Korea did a good job in dance but almost like they down to deep in the beats not the song.
For me who is not understand about dancing (technically or philosophy), dancing with the beat is "easy" bc the beats itself representing our heartbeat for entire our life. Dancing with melody doesn't mean harder or better. It's just the dancer needs to put the emotion and another things into the dance to make it complete and deliver into the audiences.
Sometimes technique and theory are only to make us keep learning but that emotion also the other things will make us feels more alive and deliver it on honesty. The audiences got something from the performance not only fun feelings that we can forget at the next morning, next day, next week, or maybe totally can't remember at the next year.

I watch the other groups they lack a little in it maybe because of their different dance styles. All in all I really like their group dance the best. Especially the expression.😍

I don't know about dance at all but this performance is so beautiful. While the other teams going tough amd swag with high level of choreography this team just want to say something thru their dance. The story about being an outcast, the hopeless feeling and stuck like you can't get out from certain situation, feeling stressed out wondering what to do, depressed and those feeling lead you to do 'that' thing. All of them perfectly portrayed that situation.

First of all I'm an IC. But I'll be honest the first time I saw each team group pictures, I thought that the color of their clothes were too bland compared to other groups. But when I watched their performance, I had goosebumps. IC already know that hoony's choreography always have a story but this is really something. The meaning and story they convey through dancing.. And each of them had their moments to showcase their strengths. 💗
Same for me..when i first saw the picture i said what style of dance will they do..i keep worrying what happen if they not dance well because they have different style of dance and other coach is a great dancer...but i guess wrong at the end...this is the most meaningfull dance for me..btw im also IC 😊😊
This reminded me that Seunghoon is an amazingly creative choreographer (first saw him in Kpop Star)

At first i was concerned with how seunghoon chose his team because they were all different and they weren't necessarily the most outstanding plus he will compete with really good choreographers. But i should have just put my faith in him the way he did their final dance in win. It was song meeting dance telling a story. It was mesmerizing to watch. And it made me rethink that his choice was the best. He is a performance genius. It made me think that he really is a yg man. He knows how to spot potential and hone it to be the best it can be and that diversity and unity can work hand in hand. He did not lie when he told them he can make them into stars because they shone tonight.

I think Soohyun represented the 'outcast' as he was alone for most of the choreography. And when he ran towards the group, there was a wall. Then at the end after being attacked by the rest of the group he successfully fought back and shined in the center. For the others, I think they represented how 'suffocating' society is as they kept grabbing at their necks with a sad expression despite being being a part of the larger group.

I LOVE LOVE this choreography because it showcased all of the dancers styles! I just saw Just Jerk’s choreography and it looked like it was a totally Just Jerk style but this this was a mix of all the dancers different styles which made the shine so much! AWESOMEEE
LyonCross I agree. All the dancers shine equally & choreography was a mix of all of their styles but at the same time it was 100% Seunghoon. If you watched Seunghoon's other works you would know that all have the same feel.
all Winner members truly are geniuses in their own right. Yoon as a composer(& high IQ), Mino as a rapper and lyricist. Now Hoony. Finally everyone is acknowledging his creative dancing and chereography.

Admit it this performance is so memorable you can't get enough of it. I think aside from the story, that's it's charms.
Seung Hoon is such an amazing choreographer! He can express emotions and feelings with his body in such an extraordinary way, and what's more, he's amazing at helping others bring out those emotions within themselves! He used all of their preferred style of dance, and somehow blended it into a masterpiece! Hoony really is a born Choreographer and I can't wait to see what his team does next! I also think he chose the best method of teaching he let them be themselves, and run everything, but he was there, providing comfort, and making sure that they weren't experiencing any hardships (Giving them transportation, free access to the training room and gym, and getting the members that live far away a place to stay) all of that builds trust and Loyalty. I think Hoony's team will be forever close because of this.
the amazing thing about dancing is to tell a story about society and everything that all of us can relate ..its not all about just dancing ..its all the emotions you want to convey..thats why this performance is the best..not minding how good the beat of the music you choose the important is how you portray a dance with emotions...and thats make you the best dancer that no one could ever imagine...
