Wow! Great job on the classic town! I really appreciate the subtle but sensible upgrades, such as the now-backed yellow bench in front of the bus station.
Great classic town, love how you have added some modern elements. I remember many of these sets from my childhood. I even have a few o them in my "modern" Lego city.
Im actually shocked to see someone make their lego city based on the ones seen in those 1980s lego catalogs. I never though I would live to see the day someone does this. Nice job!
Re: Set 'town square' #1592.... According to the Weetabix cereal box promotional material in the UK, this set is actually known as 'Legoland Carnival Day'. And the female on the cart is described as the 'carnival queen'; and the car is described as a 'vintage car' and part of the carnival procession.
The truth is out there. So cute, so restful, I am but a peasant basking in the godliness of this video. I think I had that cottage and definitely a car with a hood that lifted. Happy days. Shame my mum and dad gave my lego away.
Turning Torso, it’s 190 m tall, but they’re building a new building called Karlatornet that’s going to be 266 m. Tallest building in Old Soltown is the yellow castle.
i love how you used the transparent brick/post to elevate the helicopters!
This city needs a railway that ,,leads" to solttown by a very, very dark tunnel. More darker than my thoughts.
Oh, that would be a very dark tunnel!
awesome job and great collection 😊

Thank you!

Than you, mayor!

Thank you! Yes, more residential houses on the way!
Wow! I’ve never seen cities with older LEGO sets but this looks absolutely incredible!

Thank you! Yeah, I try do updates that kinda seems plausible compared to how old buildings get updated IRL.

Well spotted!

Thank you, Roni!
Amen to that brother. Road plates rule!
Just wish they were one plate thick though.

That’s cool! I didn’t know that.

I hope you have forgiven them!
Shell owns this town like money owns Los Angeles if you watch storage wars
Sounds about right!
