When I was a teenager, my first 'real' pocket knife was the Buck 110 with titanium handles. Have used several dozen folders over the years. Now I'm 53 and last saturday I received my 110 with ebony scales and it follows me everywhere. Slight correction: the blade steel is 420HC, not 440HC.
I JUST got mine, its my first "real" blade. Turns out be from late 1992 just like me. from understanding one dash/stripe/minus symbol is a early 92 edition and two dashes/stripes/minusses are from late 92 cause of some design changes in the spring.
