I wanna scream at him so many times watching him play Balatro because he keeps making mistakes - even if they are minor - but I cant stand to watch him either throw the run or make it significantly harder for himself.
The ghost deck is really fun! Then you reach gold stake difficulty (-1 hand size and all previous stake modifiers) which makes some of the best spectral cards almost useless and its pain.

Frost playing a 4 as a high card in order to reduce his hands to get to the last one. Gets 20 chips. Refuses to make a negative joker because it gives him fewer hands. Certified frost moment
Would still be worth it in my opinion. That joker who gives mult per other jokers you have + negative is just hard to beat without investing in limitless scaling, 18 mult for freeee.

I don't care much for spectral cards, as they feel way too volatile, random, and potentially run ending. Meanwhile, I open arcana packs like they're cardboard crack, as I love the more 'controlled burn' it provides to deck modification. To put it in a slightly exaggerated comparison, arcana cards are like trying to trim a brush with a weed whacker. Spectral cards are like trying to trim a forest with military explosives.
Spectral cards are great, like once or twice. And then you’ve sort of set yourself up to the best of their ability. Two of them do great things to a joker card but destroy all other joker cards making them literally limited to using once. Except for “make a legendary joker” which is just good
Don't know if he knows, but he can still buy the "most played hand" voucher and try to play the hand he wants more and more to get it to the top. This way, it will then become the new most played hand and it will always apear in celestial packs.
