    As a raiders fan jacobs is a really solid player. He can block and can catch the ball better then he is given credit for. Def 3 down back. He will get all the goal line carries. The kicker is he sounds really pissed at the way things worked out with the raiders so he is gonna come in really fired up

      Yea I mean they’ll give their RBs over 430 touches so they’ll obviously use more than one. CMC lead the league last year at 339 touches. So there’s room for Jacobs and Lloyd to both get a lot. They typically use 2 main backs and have one just rotate in if there’s an injury or a blowout

  • @neverbeforeseen160
    @neverbeforeseen160 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Im a Packers fan. I'm really excited for Jacobs but worried that Lafleur will find a way to get the other backs a lot of touches. It just seems to be in his make up, hes like evil Sean Mcvay in that regard. Love him as a real life coach, a little scared of his teams in fantasy especially without Rodgers to lock in on one target. Love showed he has no issues throwing to anyone and everyone last year. Its a bit off topic but Lafluer ran hockey line changes at WR last year even when guys were healthy.

    The reason that people think Jones is younger than he is and Jacobs seems older is because Jacobs has more career NFL carries than Jones. Jacobs got an early start to his career. The big question here is what is the real age of an RB? Is it his actual age or is it more related to his usage?

    One thing with stroud you overlooked in my opinion is he did all that his rookie year against a 4th place schedule. With winning the division last year he gets a 1st place schedule and plays more of the top teams this year than he did last year. Meaning he’s playing much better defenses.

    "Historically unlucky" ... There's a reason the Steelers quit throwing to Diontae last year and ultimately let him go, and it nothing to do with luck, it had to do with unbelievably bad metrics. He'd catch the ball and fall down - no yac whatsoever. Now he goes to an offense that just finished dead last. Yeah., you can have Diontae Johnson all day. Not gonna stink up my teams. Bad take Nick. Check the metrics. Johnson sucks.

    As a packers fan, I want to know why and how you think this will be an elite offense. It'll be OK, sure. But we havnt had a 1,000 yard reciever since Adams. They have no real receiving threats at all. Just hypothetical that havnt proven a thing. I'm saying I need to see it to believe it.

      You don’t need a 1,000 yard receiver when you have 4 capable of 800-900. And that’s what makes you so dangerous. You’ve got so many players that’ll contribute that it’s tough to scheme anyone out of the game

    The argument for Jacobs is the same as the argument for Henry. Improved offense, improved OL, and most importantly he's highly game script dependent and the Packers are going to be in positive game scripts more than the Raiders were.

    To just assume that the Texans vs Ravens game is going to be a shootout is wild af given your “deep dive” into statistics. Ravens have allowed a league low in points 2 straight years just held mahomes to 17 in the playoffs and even with the addition of diggs who took major steps back Stroud was ineffective against the Ravens in the playoffs. To just assume cause they improved on offense that its going to be a shootout is hilarious, literally every team “improves” in the offseason thats the whole point of the offseason. It’s extremely more likely that the Ravens defense takes another step than the Texans just adding old skill players my guy. DONT START CJ AGAINST THE RAVENS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CHAMPIONSHIP.
