I Typically use shipping boxes sent by footaction or footlocker, etc. however good boxes are at Walmart and Lowe’s Home Depot etc.. stay away from Target those are too expensive. It doesn’t really matter which boxes as long as they fit. If the boxes are too big cut them down a little bit. Remember to use some bubble wrap or paper cardboard for filler. I typically use both.

Thanh Nguyen I’ve touched on this before but I do apologize for not seeing this comment. Japan uses DHL I believe. Fees are a bit different for reach country.
Amer Nasr it depends really. Stockx can charge your 15% of the total transaction or more at their discretion. Also you could face account suspension. If you don’t think you’ll send them for whatever the reason is reach out and explain why and see if they can just cancel the transaction. I’ve heard and saw some cases that went well with nothing wrong while others got banned. Good luck!

Hi, so this happens quite often when I am at Ross or Burlington. If the shoe does not come up it has likely never sold on that platform. You can add a potential product after you search and nothing appears there is a tab that says "REQUEST A PRODUCT". Fill out the info and take a picture and upload it. They'll reply back either way! Hi, that’s unfortunate. Just send an email to customer service, explain it was your first time using the app and you meant to buy not sell. Just add in the email you understand how this effects customers and it won’t happen again. They should cancel it without penalties.

Hey there I m confused of the shipping label and the commercial invoice. StockX doesn’t really ask me to include the commercial invoice which is classified under “additional forms”. So do I have to include the commercial invoice? Or is it needed to be provided to UPS when I ship them?
Ng Tzyy Nian the only thing you have to do is put the order number form paper thats associated with the shipping label inside the actual shoe box. Then drop it off at UPS. The system automatically updates stockx. UPS only needs the box with the label. I always get my receipt of drop off from UPS.

Amirbillz if you dropped it off with the label given by stockx don’t worry about it. It automatically updates with the system give it some time can take up to 24 hours.
So on my phone after I ship it with UPS I don’t have to do anything else? On goat I have to click “dropped off” once I shipped the item.. and I don’t see that option on stockx
I'm a logistics coordinator. It will ship in the time that Stockx chooses on the label. The driver will pick up at the UPS store the same day as long as you drop off by 3PM that day, then it will go to the hub and ship overnight. The earlier you drop it off at the store, the better! The speed of the shipment (How Fast) is automated already on the label. The label itself gives UPS shipping directions, you don't have to worry about that.
Second Coming buyer pays shipping. The cost is tape and box unless of course you recycle boxes. I do not have a video on that but I go something in the works. I’ve been super busy just about done redoing my office stay tuned.

Dkickz 007 you won’t be able to unless your phone is linked to a printer. if you don’t have a printer. Go to a UPS store, use their computer (they charge by time), or go to a library, log in and print it.
So all I have to do is. Put the label inside. Pack it. Bubble wrap it. Tape it up, put the last sticker on and I’m green??? When I go to ups are they gon charge for weight and allat?
FreeRuben that paper inside is the packing sleep, you’ll see your order info on first page when you click the “print label”. The label is the second page attach that to the box. Drop it off. All fees are covered just drop off and keep the receipt they give you.

Tahoe # basically. Just find the shoe, click sell, you can sell now for the current highest bid or enter your ask price for the shoe. Not sure about the portfolio question, you can click the account, selling, current to see what you have active.

Hey it has happened to me before, just go via computer. Login and click label should open right up. If there’s another error, try another browser and if that don’t work contact customer service.

Kechia Brown hi, I’ve seen some shoes that can sell as a pack before. I’m honestly not sure. If they came in the same box then you wouldn’t have a box for each just the one. I would message support as I cannot be of any assistance for this one. Just explain to them everything matches you just don’t have the box as it came in a two pack. Maybe they can cancel your order without any problems. Let me know how it goes.
zeldude thanks for watching! Yes just take the nike labels off and put the order slip in the actual shoe box and seal it up. I do this quite often as well, they seem to know what size boxes shoes need to come in for some reason (lol).
Great video. Very helpful. I just made my first sale today. The shoebox was dinged on one corner. This is how I received it from Nike. Will this be acceptable? Will I be charged by stockx for this “damaged” shoebox?
TheShowtimer213 glad it was helpful. It depends on how bad it is honestly. I’ve sent in boxes with small dings and creases and haven’t had any issues. If you can, push the ding out as much as possible and to get creases out use the iron after you break down the box but make sure to use a towel to cover the actual box. At one point stockx website said the boxes must be in “in store” condition. Which I can’t seem to find anymore. But with that in mind, dings and creases are bound to happen honestly. Just make sure to wrap in bubble wrap and make it look legit. Good luck. Like I said I haven’t had any issues in the past but that doesn’t mean you won’t. (I’m sure you’ll be fine).
No big deal but if the box gets damaged in transit then it’ll be a claim with ups probably. Using that stuff just reduces the chance of it getting damaged.
I hope so as well! But if it does get damaged they have insurance for orders placed. Email customer service and let em know your concern and get info on what to do if it was damaged.
They are just standard 4x6 labels for the dymo 4xl printer. Amazon is where I order mine from. You can also go into ups and ask for label protectors if your just printing on paper and don’t want to waste tape. Also, I’ve heard people get the same labels for free via ups but I personally have never looked into it.
D3AD J3SUS label size don’t matter it’s print and tape if need be. First page just make sure it has the info needed if it’s landscape it don’t matter if it has everything included if you had printed portrait.

Porter Frandsen it does...kinda. Just send them an email saying you forgot. It shouldn’t be an issue since the tracking number is associated with the account.
Scott Gill it should be in same condition as you would get at store. Technically no damage to box. However, that’s not realistic at all honestly. If you got small creases/bents it should be fine. If it’s excessive, iron the box out a little bit but make sure to put a towel that is slightly damp under it. Should work wonders.
Regular packing tape. I don’t recall which tape I used in the video but “duck” branded tape from Walmart works just fine. any packing tape will do just fine tho. I currently use tape from uline just because I placed an order for a large amount of rolls. Prior to uline I got the tape at Costco.
i noticed you used screen grab , i recently tried to use screen grab for a label on stock x but it becomes blurry when i use screen grab, also when i try to print a label on paypal the layout option won’t pop up so it only prints in landscape and cuts off half the label, yes i’ve already set up the printer settings and stuff , how can i fix that?
AeonWinx you have a dymo 4xl? If you do, when you screen grab on the left side of toward the top there’s an insert tab click that and it should let you expand. If it’s landscape, go to advanced settings and rotate 90 degrees. It’ll print upside down but it’ll work 🤝
Hey so does it matter if the shoe box has a couple of tears but the shoes are still brand new? Or will they send it back because the box is not brand new anymore?
Team MJ honestly cannot answer. Depends on who’s checking I guess. If they are small like just from normal wear them I’d say it may be good. But if they big check out goat damaged box option. It be a little less cash but at least you’ll move them.

@@mandonyc. I’m not a CPA, but any profit should be reported as income. I would speak to your CPA. Also if your doing this as a side thing here and there, there is a value if made under, it’s not reportable for income. For instance say the value is $500 if you made $499, you don’t have to report it. But I cannot recall the minimum at this time. If it’s a real business you trying to move forward with reporting would be in your best interest to show growth and revenue.
Quick question when I print label and it now says re-print the shipping label and UPS scans it then it says in route or when I print it’s supposed to say shipped on its own?
When it’s scanned it’ll update automatically to em route. Sometimes there’s a delay, I’ve personally shipped multiple items that tracking shows arrived but the status did not update. If it happens and your worries send an email to customer service.

ApexGod shipping is paid by customer. Stockx will send you the label in email or just go via online and navigate to the sold section or current section and there will be a print label tab on the very right side.

dniu bubble wrap and shipping paper is not required I’ve seen and know many people that don’t do anything extra, but if it gets damaged in transit it’s your responsibility. The box it came in is always the best and most cost effective. You can put the label over it no problem, just make sure you cover the entire thing. I personally always just scrap it off and throw the stockx label on it. Congrats on the sale!

Daddy Cal yo! Yea man those boxes are huge. Any box works even with old tape. Just use the filler like you said. Heck if you got old newspaper use that instead of buying. But family dollar sells cheap cardboard packing paper rolls. I’ve sent boxes in with ebay tape on them lol

Runic Goldfish thank you for the comment, good question. The fees are automatically taken from the sale. Total sale - fees = The payout upon successful transaction completion is what gets deposited. Nothing gets charged to your cc on file unless your item failed authentication or found damaged then the 15% fee from transaction total.
George Karamanukyan hi! The label is linked to the order. Once it gets scanned it auto updates. The amount of time between confirmation email varies in my experience. I’ve gotten some with a few minutes and others a few hours.

1. If the box is too big that’s fine just stuff it with packing paper or trash bags or even computer paper will be fine. Just to give it some cushion. Cutting it down may help but just be careful. 2. You don’t have to bubble wrap, I do it because I want it protected not required. 3. Print out the packing page which is the first page: place it in the actual shoe box, put shoe box in cardboard box. Tape shut. 4. Use clear tape for the UPS label - or ask for a label protector at UPS and place the label inside the protector. 5. When it arrives they check it and yes they send it via PayPal. Congratulations on the sale it’s a small learning curve, it’ll be super fast the next sale you get.
@@gon198 as long as it’s dropped off at ups - transit time don’t matter. The tape you use doesn’t really matter, I use eBay tape and clear tape. If you don’t have any go to Walmart or any store and buy packing tape.

JaredCrystal2211 Dominates thats a bit tricky. If your trying to chance it, I’d wait a couple days before actually posting ask or accepting the highest bid. There is no my to make sure you get shoe in hand in the time frame allotted. Recently a lot of my packages have been delayed. I personally wouldn’t do this. The only time I’ve done something like this is when I’ve gone to multiple store and bought multiple shoes day of launch. If you do decide to this and don’t send in allotted time, after multiple missed windows I believe they will ban you or at least the email and such associated with it. Like I said, I wouldn’t chance it. Best wishes though.

Parkerr if they haven’t sold you can cancel with no problems. If they have sold and you cancel, you may encounter a fee of 10% of the cost and if you don’t ship you could face that fee and possibly being banned.
ImSleep 123 anyone can do it if you have the extra funds to buy the shoe and wait a few days for payout. Young, old, anyone. It definitely will be a good hustle at a young age though.
Great video! So you only shipped to Arizona from Cali? I thought all sellers had to ship to Detroit? I’m having a bad experience with these ppl. I ordered the yeezy earths feb 22nd seller shipped last min on the last day which was given 3days for newly releases which was 02/26. I don’t know where the seller lives , probably out of the country , but as of 03/06 my status says “en route to StockX for authentication” it’s been 7 days since seller shipped, and it still hasn’t made it to StockX. StockX strategically stated in their policy that it takes 7-10 business to complete the process of an order but we try to get them sooner. They could at least provide us buyers with the tracking number too, so we can see where the shoes are coming from! This company is ghetto, but whatever lol.

You’ll ship to stockx for authentication. They provide the label for you. You just have to print it out it on the box and drop it off.
you go to the ups drop out point that exists in your area and you drop it off there, then ups will take the package and deliver it to stockx

So on my phone after I ship it with UPS I don’t have to do anything else? On goat I have to click “dropped off” once I shipped the item.. and I don’t see that option on stockx

I'm a logistics coordinator. It will ship in the time that Stockx chooses on the label. The driver will pick up at the UPS store the same day as long as you drop off by 3PM that day, then it will go to the hub and ship overnight. The earlier you drop it off at the store, the better! The speed of the shipment (How Fast) is automated already on the label. The label itself gives UPS shipping directions, you don't have to worry about that.

FreeRuben that paper inside is the packing sleep, you’ll see your order info on first page when you click the “print label”. The label is the second page attach that to the box. Drop it off. All fees are covered just drop off and keep the receipt they give you.

Exactly that, start in store and work towards learning online. You’ll need rakuten and coupons to be profitable but in the comfort of your own home.

Tahoe # basically. Just find the shoe, click sell, you can sell now for the current highest bid or enter your ask price for the shoe. Not sure about the portfolio question, you can click the account, selling, current to see what you have active.

Kechia Brown hi, I’ve seen some shoes that can sell as a pack before. I’m honestly not sure. If they came in the same box then you wouldn’t have a box for each just the one. I would message support as I cannot be of any assistance for this one. Just explain to them everything matches you just don’t have the box as it came in a two pack. Maybe they can cancel your order without any problems. Let me know how it goes.

Nah small wear is acceptable just no rips or tears. I’ve sent in creased boxes and have order shoes that came with dents.

TheShowtimer213 glad it was helpful. It depends on how bad it is honestly. I’ve sent in boxes with small dings and creases and haven’t had any issues. If you can, push the ding out as much as possible and to get creases out use the iron after you break down the box but make sure to use a towel to cover the actual box. At one point stockx website said the boxes must be in “in store” condition. Which I can’t seem to find anymore. But with that in mind, dings and creases are bound to happen honestly. Just make sure to wrap in bubble wrap and make it look legit. Good luck. Like I said I haven’t had any issues in the past but that doesn’t mean you won’t. (I’m sure you’ll be fine).

They are just standard 4x6 labels for the dymo 4xl printer. Amazon is where I order mine from. You can also go into ups and ask for label protectors if your just printing on paper and don’t want to waste tape. Also, I’ve heard people get the same labels for free via ups but I personally have never looked into it.

D3AD J3SUS label size don’t matter it’s print and tape if need be. First page just make sure it has the info needed if it’s landscape it don’t matter if it has everything included if you had printed portrait.

Scott Gill it should be in same condition as you would get at store. Technically no damage to box. However, that’s not realistic at all honestly. If you got small creases/bents it should be fine. If it’s excessive, iron the box out a little bit but make sure to put a towel that is slightly damp under it. Should work wonders.
What kind of tape do you you use or suggest using? They say don’t use duct tape. That looked like duct tape you use or am I wrong?
Regular packing tape. I don’t recall which tape I used in the video but “duck” branded tape from Walmart works just fine. any packing tape will do just fine tho. I currently use tape from uline just because I placed an order for a large amount of rolls. Prior to uline I got the tape at Costco.

Nicole Dunlop nah that’s perfect saves you money too. They suggest an “H” type of taping. So across the big opening and edges to keep liquid out.
i noticed you used screen grab , i recently tried to use screen grab for a label on stock x but it becomes blurry when i use screen grab, also when i try to print a label on paypal the layout option won’t pop up so it only prints in landscape and cuts off half the label, yes i’ve already set up the printer settings and stuff , how can i fix that?
AeonWinx you have a dymo 4xl? If you do, when you screen grab on the left side of toward the top there’s an insert tab click that and it should let you expand. If it’s landscape, go to advanced settings and rotate 90 degrees. It’ll print upside down but it’ll work 🤝

They don’t, it’s what they suggest. Any box with packing paper will do fine. Heck I’ve even shipped without cutting boxes down.

@@mandonyc. I’m not a CPA, but any profit should be reported as income. I would speak to your CPA. Also if your doing this as a side thing here and there, there is a value if made under, it’s not reportable for income. For instance say the value is $500 if you made $499, you don’t have to report it. But I cannot recall the minimum at this time. If it’s a real business you trying to move forward with reporting would be in your best interest to show growth and revenue.

When it’s scanned it’ll update automatically to em route. Sometimes there’s a delay, I’ve personally shipped multiple items that tracking shows arrived but the status did not update. If it happens and your worries send an email to customer service.

Thank you for watching and the kind words! Depends how big of a rip is it. Dents don’t really matter if it’s not crinkled your good, Stockx allows some damage which is normal with shoe boxes. ApexGod shipping is paid by customer. Stockx will send you the label in email or just go via online and navigate to the sold section or current section and there will be a print label tab on the very right side.

dniu bubble wrap and shipping paper is not required I’ve seen and know many people that don’t do anything extra, but if it gets damaged in transit it’s your responsibility. The box it came in is always the best and most cost effective. You can put the label over it no problem, just make sure you cover the entire thing. I personally always just scrap it off and throw the stockx label on it. Congrats on the sale!

Daddy Cal yo! Yea man those boxes are huge. Any box works even with old tape. Just use the filler like you said. Heck if you got old newspaper use that instead of buying. But family dollar sells cheap cardboard packing paper rolls. I’ve sent boxes in with ebay tape on them lol

Runic Goldfish thank you for the comment, good question. The fees are automatically taken from the sale. Total sale - fees = The payout upon successful transaction completion is what gets deposited. Nothing gets charged to your cc on file unless your item failed authentication or found damaged then the 15% fee from transaction total.
What printer do you use for stockx? I have a Rollo but don't know how to configure it for stockx

George Karamanukyan hi! The label is linked to the order. Once it gets scanned it auto updates. The amount of time between confirmation email varies in my experience. I’ve gotten some with a few minutes and others a few hours.

1. If the box is too big that’s fine just stuff it with packing paper or trash bags or even computer paper will be fine. Just to give it some cushion. Cutting it down may help but just be careful.
2. You don’t have to bubble wrap, I do it because I want it protected not required.
3. Print out the packing page which is the first page: place it in the actual shoe box, put shoe box in cardboard box. Tape shut.
4. Use clear tape for the UPS label - or ask for a label protector at UPS and place the label inside the protector.
5. When it arrives they check it and yes they send it via PayPal.
Congratulations on the sale it’s a small learning curve, it’ll be super fast the next sale you get.

JaredCrystal2211 Dominates thats a bit tricky. If your trying to chance it, I’d wait a couple days before actually posting ask or accepting the highest bid. There is no my to make sure you get shoe in hand in the time frame allotted.
Recently a lot of my packages have been delayed. I personally wouldn’t do this. The only time I’ve done something like this is when I’ve gone to multiple store and bought multiple shoes day of launch.
If you do decide to this and don’t send in allotted time, after multiple missed windows I believe they will ban you or at least the email and such associated with it.
Like I said, I wouldn’t chance it. Best wishes though.

Parkerr if they haven’t sold you can cancel with no problems. If they have sold and you cancel, you may encounter a fee of 10% of the cost and if you don’t ship you could face that fee and possibly being banned.

Great video! So you only shipped to Arizona from Cali? I thought all sellers had to ship to Detroit? I’m having a bad experience with these ppl. I ordered the yeezy earths feb 22nd seller shipped last min on the last day which was given 3days for newly releases which was 02/26. I don’t know where the seller lives , probably out of the country , but as of 03/06 my status says “en route to StockX for authentication” it’s been 7 days since seller shipped, and it still hasn’t made it to StockX. StockX strategically stated in their policy that it takes 7-10 business to complete the process of an order but we try to get them sooner. They could at least provide us buyers with the tracking number too, so we can see where the shoes are coming from! This company is ghetto, but whatever lol.
Thank you! Yup Arizona is where I ship to. Sorry to hear about your experience. I would send an email if it goes past their time frame they have listed. Also I would email customer service and get an update on your order if your looking for tracking. From a sellers point of view, I want to ship as soon as possible to get paid. Thanks for watching, again sorry your in this situation. New shoes bought and you want them in hand I totally understand. If they could get their shipping down like Amazon, they would have so much more business.
Vincent Ortiz oh I didn’t know they had an authentication facility in AZ ! Yeah I guess the ups guy is riding on a bicycle delivering my shoes to StockX. Follow up: StockX emailed me today giving me two options : link to another seller or full refund. I told them they can link me to another seller. So Idk how long this may take. I guess I’ll get them next month. If not I’ll buy them from somewhere lol.
