Congratulations on the purchase of your new Tracker boat. The upgrade to the 75hp was a smart move. Sharp looking boat and I am sure you are going to have hours of fun in it. The engine is easy to maintain. A good live well on it as well. The aluminum body is tuff, you can bump off a log and shrug it off. Where a fiberglass boat it will take a chunk out of it. Your boat is rugged. I wish you the best of luck with it.
I appreciate the walk though. I'm looking at that exact same boat myself. Hope you take your wife out on the water with you; really cool of her to let you get the boat before the pool.
I bought a tracker super guide brand new. After searching like crazy for an "ok" deal on a used boat, I realized there was no such thing as a good deal on a used boat. After seeing 5 year old boats asking for 80% or more of the price of a new boat, I just decided to bite the bullet, buy new, and not inherit some guy's problems. I wasn't interested in finding out if he did a good job maintaining the boat or not. Nice boat, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
@@FTsingos thanks, same here. Was always getting 3 or 4 owner boats and just trying to make it last and after looking at used boat like you said for 15 grand just add some money to it and get a new. Good luck with your boat also.
You’ll love the new boat and especially the 75. I hope they finally sealed the front compartments, which is my biggest complaint with mine. If the hull gets water in it, say from rain or over the transom, the compartments can get wet from below and mildew everything in them. You might want to check the USCG regs on the side lights. On some lakes they are real strict about the lighting and nav light rules. Enjoy!
I got 24 pro 175 txw tournament edition back in spring, had great year with it. Like your upgrades, in the spring I am going to take those rod holders out of my locker storage, after using them this year I hate them, it will be a project to do for sure. I would recommend the Boatbuckle transom tie downs, you will love that $75 upgrade, so simple and easy to use and install.
Congratulations. I have a 2021 pro 170. I love it, but I'm planning on trading it in on a 2025 175 tournament edition. You'll be glad you got the 75. After warranty is out, add a jack plate, remove the restrictor ring from the intake, buy a 115 ecm, or have that one flashed, and you'll have enough power. 😅😂🤣😎🎣👍
I just bought 2024 175txw tournament edition and I love mine. I would recommend putting 2 handles for your passenger and cut out the tubes in the rod holders and lock up spare tire. Ohh and get a bag cooler to put into your boat cooler and it will hold ice all day in the summer. And it retractable straps that you can bolt onto the bottom strap mounts on the back of the boat.
We just bought a red Tournament Edition of the same model. Came with the 75hp, 70# thrust 24v minn kota, and a spare. Also 2 Lowrance graphs. One at the bow, and one at the helm. Unfortunately, the 3rd time we had it on the water, a family came into the boat ramp out of control, and while I was trying to help them control their boat, ours took on some pretty serious dock rash. Made me sick to my stomach. Enjoy your boat. Congrats.
@@kylecrawford5103 man I’m sorry to hear that. I would also be sick. Took me a long time to be able to get a new boat like this and to have something like that happen probably would cry. Hopefully all is good.
Did you not have the tournament package on the boat? If so the tournament package gives you a spare tire and an extra Lowrance Hook 4 on the bow plus an upgraded trolling motor
Hi John, I like the lights. The '25s haven't hit Charlotte yet, but when they do, I' going to pick one up. Do you have a link to the lights? I know there's a ton on Amazon, but I'm interested in what you got. Thanks, Mark.

I have had 2 of them. Cheap boat at a cheap price. Watch out, cheap bunks. They use cheap Southern Yellow Pine under that boat for bunks. They will rot in 2 years but they don't talk about that. Your boat will be on that trailer more than in the water. Think about it. Change to pressure treated wood under that carpet. For all that to enjoy and learn you have a cheap trailer.
