    So lovely. I will make these for my family when we are all allowed to meet together again. Making plans to make a get together celebration meal. I've been looking on TH-cam for ideas, there are 17 of us with a baby girl on the way. So exciting plus practicing recipes is helping me not to get bored. Thank you so much. x

    Bạn ơi, nếu làm xong thì có thể để bao lâu ở nhiệt độ phòng ạ. Để lâu đế bánh có bị ướt ko ạ?

      Bánh này lớp custard lạnh, nên làm xong b giữ tủ lạnh nhé. Lớp bánh sẽ không bị ướt luôn để được khá lâu nha. Còn lớp trái cây phủ lớp siro mơ hoặc đường sẽ để được lâu hơn

      Apricot syrup (apricot jam pha với nước tỷ lệ 1:1 nha)

    I just tried your recipe! It tastes wonderful. One qn- the custard seems watery. How can i make it thicker?

    How many days in advance can I make the custard and how long does it last outside of the fridge?

      You can make the custard the night before making the tart shells, but I don’t think you can leave them outside the fridge for more than 5 hours

    Stems left on the cherries, green leaves left on the strawberries which are no where near being ripe.... not only inedible but poor technique.
