The quantities in the recipe give 6 shells. You can cut 5 shells from the dough rolled to 3mm thickness. For the 6th shell, you need to roll the scraps again. The yellow fruit is sliced orange. You may use mango as well for yellow color.

Yes you can keep for one day. longer you keep the shell gets soggy
AFTER IT COOLS U PLACE THEM IN A BOX CONTAINER N REFRIGERATE...WHEN U NEED TO STARY FILLING THEN U USE D SHELLS

Freeze the "molds with the dough" before baking. once the dough is frozen it prevents puffing. Thanks for watching
