Definitely Huntington Avenue in front of Bernie Steinberg's house and the First Aid station and also Granville Avenue across from Boardwalk National Bank. It looks like Luci Baines Johnson, President Johnson's youngest daughter. This would have put the Margate clip in August, 1964, and Luci Baines Johnson at 17 years old. I was a lifeguards' mascot on that beach that summer.

The color footage you have is definitely Margate.. at the beach on Gladstone Avenue.
