The map shown in the video is wrong. The government has released a new political map of India. Please correct that mistake.
This was the earlier map being considered. New map released after video has moved some territories to Ladakh instead. We will try to add an update to this as soon as we can.

In 20th century it was Sardar PATEL to unify India and in 21st century Narendra Modi to implement that unity in J&K. People who don’t like this decision would have also argued in 1947 to have 28 Independent countries vs states.

Andhra bifurcation was a much simpler issue. Here it doesn't matter if someone is happy or not. The honorable Supreme Court will take care of the legal challenges.

In the second point where state legislative vote is required to bifurcate a state is false. As when Andhra Pradesh bifurcation bill was rejected in the combined AP assembly but the state was still bifurcated by the center

Bifurcation of J&K State into 2 Union Territories is Appropriate due to massive differences in Language, Culture, Traditional, Ethnicity, Regionalism, Religious Practices etc & since 1948 Ladakh had been demanding a Separate Union Territory Status ! J&K area is less but population is more so has a Legislature, Ladakh Area is more which is largely very mountainous but its population is less so no Legislature & Directly Administered by Central Government through an Appointed Lieutenant Governor !

Brother I am a Kashmiri and I know what is behind those stone pelters and militants, they are all victims these are those whose fathers , brothers relatives has been killed by our brave Indian army. These are those whose daughters and mothers has been raped by showing guns by our cute and beloved army soldiers.
You can come to Kashmir and meet every victim and listen their pain which they are suffering from. From 1979 more then 95000 Kashmiri has been killed from 7 year age to 80 year old man and women.
Brother you can think those state need development who are not in development but brother we Kashmiri know they don't love for us for which they have scrapped this article they just need our land and nothing they are going to do same what the have done in Gujarat and no one knows the reality of modi and shah.
Our state has better GDP and development and they are saying we did this for development.
What if forgive me if I will hurt you from this statement
What if your mother or sister or daughter or your realitive get rapped by Indian army and when you are going to make case against them your mother , sister will be blammed as she was prostitute and the case will go against you and you will be jailed for y against army.
What will be you choice brother these militants have story like this.
I wish they would have another options but unfortunately they don't have.
And brother you might know that 92%of militants are educated and some are doctors , engineers businessman and professors. Who will radicalise professor , don't they have mind why they are letting there peaceful life aside and going to pickup arms. What will be the option of a 80 year old father whose daughter has been raped in the army camp and killed, murdered brutally and buried in the camp. Even her dead body was not returned to her family and after 17 days the body was found in the camp , you will get surprised what army blames to her father they said she was a prostitute and we killed her. What is this bulshit and then her father made case against army but he was jailed for 7 months and after he got temporary bail for 2 weeks he took arm and joined militant this is one of story of a militant others have same too. Because in every 4 four days one women, one lady or a girl is getting raped by our brave soldiers but who will show you this , Indian media , they are busy in pissing the............. Of modi and modi shah govt.
This is hilarious when first time there was hearing on petitions on Kashmir issue in supreme Court of India the CJI's of India said if the there are case of arresting of small kids during night raids the CJI's of India said this is very serious matter we will send our some representative to Kashmir and they will investigate and then we will be able to make any statement on this matter but 😃😃😃😃 on 1st of October they said "NO TIME FOR KASHMIR ISSUE THERE ARE MORE IMPORTANT CASES PENDING LIKE AYODHYA MATTER" wooww I got surprised this is also owned by Modi Shah govt.
Before some days it was serious but after some time they said we don't have time.

Anyone who dares to speak out against India is booked under PSA, a lawless law that allows people to go to jail for no reason for at least 2 years. A lot of these people are minors of 9/11-year-olds to adults. There has been a communication blockade. The AFSPA allows the army to kill, rape, abduct anyone with impunity. Surely you can understand how Kashmiris must feel about this. They can't even practice freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of movement. They are living in a jail.
