I dont have a lot of subscribers on here or TikTok but I’m growing little by little and all I can say is keep grinding keep editing and most of yall injoy it done get frustrated when your edit doesn’t go the way you want it too, keep grinding and don’t let anybody tell you different!!!
Enjoy the little wins bro, it’s the best. You may make the best edit and only get a few views, but in the long run your name will get out there. Consistency is the key
Dear lord man, I appreciate this video so much. You gave me a few things I was looking for I had questions. I've gotten rid of a ton content cause I just didn't like it. Long story short. Thank you.
I just created a twitch and TikTok account last week and started streaming 3 days ago and I’ve been so lost. I’ve been cutting clips from the creator dashboard in twitch after I’m done streaming but you’re helping show me how much you can really add to the clips I make so thank you
Great video bro! 😎 keep up the good work, nice 👍🏽 detail explanation. You can also use Opus Clip also and it will make them shorts clip for you. But nice job! God Bless
@@MidnightMan yeah if you have the patience and like to edit, but now days people don’t want to edit but if you enjoy it like me and you to see what you mind can come up with makes it even better and fun.
Good stuff man! Definitely gave me a different perspective on the footage i keep and delete. Might try a transition in between parts that get deleted so the action flows smoothly and im not at random places yelling lol. Didnt even think about the memes! Do those get any copyright issues? Nonetheless great video brother. Game on! ✌️
Glad you enjoyed! No you should not have copyright issues on memes. Also, don't overuse transitions, they should be used for more major segues in your video.
1. Sync Video & Audio 2. Cut The Boring Parts 3. Add Meme Effects 4. Add Subtitles 5. Add Music 6. Camera Zoom 7. Scene Focus 8. Color Changing 9. Re-purpose For Shorts 10. Study Big Gaming Creators
Yo I just hit my first 100 and editing videos can be very frustrating but as an editor its way easier to have presets and folders ready so the process can be way quicker and also take breaks 🙏🏾
Yea one of my biggest problem is about your point on the "boring parts". It hurts to cut so much out, or I feel like its funny but in reality it hurts retention. When I get that in mind and start cutting all the dead space and mildly unfunny stuff and cut out half my video, at first its like " awe man I worked hard on that, why should I cut it." But then I realize the final edit is so much better.
I’m back on the subscription. Just to make sure I get back on my game and edits. Not having too much trouble on views. Def gonna take these tips for my longer format videos. Like whole matches and full game scenarios where I describe what/why I’m playing like I am. Thank you for getting me motivated. Legit the first channel that made me post and I’m so thankful to have come across this content. 🫡
5:19 you kinda targeted me there on that 🤣 I have tend to use the same beats in each my vids but have mostly used imovie default sounds because I dont make a lot of music of my own and its a lot copyright issues with TH-cam using other sounds I want to use 😅
@@MidnightMan and one more thing: do you have a video about using copyrighted meme videos? Like something from SpongeBob or something, how many seconds should we use a clip?
That key frame zoom in on you was hilarious. How would I go about this if I have my face cam and gameplay on separate tracks? Would I just compound clip it and key frame it from there?
Hi, Your videos are so inspiring, i'm really like the trick with the shorts :) I have a son, he's six years old and playing fortnite, recording on the playstation. He does not record him self, and also we are from Denmark, but trying to do english content for the bigger crowd. Do you have some tricks for cool editing techniques where you are not recording your self or commenting your game?
I've been editing my videos pretty well over the span of 5 years, my only problem is staying consistent about uploading them which is my greatest weakness. Editing does take time tho. I don't have many subscribers but I do get some views every time I post
This is very help full. but I have a question. Is the niche of game fixing and optimizing game settings a good fit for a gaming channel? It seems like not many creators cover this topic, with most channels focusing on online gameplay content. I'm curious if this niche has good potential, and if a channel focused on this topic could be monetized. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Hi. Super videos, very informative. I just opened a youtube channel for my son, he is only 8 years old and he really wants to be a youtuber 🙂 . We are just starting out, so the videos are very simple so far, uploaded from ps5 and Share Factory Studio program. We are both learning, him to play and me to edit the videos, as he is still young enough, but I believe in the future he will be the boss 🙂 . We love watching your videos where we learn a lot about being a youtuber, how to improve, how to use certain video editing programs. So I hope in the future son will be successful and we wish you a lot of success too and thanks for the informative videos. Bye

I recently started editing more I can be consistent and I miss a day sometimes but that’s why I pre-record a couple of 10-20min vids my only problem is my video will get views but no engagement from the viewers can someone help me out ?
I want to upgrade my video editing by switching to davinci resolve but after I edit my clips on davinci what is the best way to directly send the clips to tiktok or instagram? Or is the best option to upload them directly to the phone first and then post them?
