I love Banana Republic, but their prices have gotten “next level”. They never used to be this expensive for elevated basics. They are up there with some of my favorite luxury brands at Nordstrom now. The quality is good, but not luxury level for the price. I wait for there 40% off sales to buy anything there.

Yes over the last year, the BR prices have gone up by quite a lot and the sales are now much less frequent. I am yet to buy anything after all the price increases. If the quality has also increased, that might be justifiable but if it’s the same quality as before, then absolutely not worth it.
I'd say (and the team agrees) that the quality has definitely improved! Great quality items that will last for years to come. Of course they do offer sales throughout the year and also have their Factory store as well. xo
I know, seriously. It's the only place I shop as they have petite, which I need. I have cut back on my buying. Even sales now are non returnable unless it's the 40% off. From what I've read, it seems to be that people were ordering multiple items, so postage was costing too much for returns.

I’m Canadian and I’m a senior who worked in an office environment before retiring. I’m in love with classic well made clothes and superior fabrics like silk, cashmere, linen etc! Banana Republic is my go to for elevated wardrobe with a casual flare for the most part!
No kidding about Banana Republic!!! Just went on the website about a week ago and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! So much better now than they used to be.

I agree Banana Republic has really stepped it up. I love all the different sizes. FINALLY someplace to get pants and tops in tall sizes. I got a pair of bright yellow pants there last month and they are so beautiful.

Erin- great video! I buy most of my wardrobe at Banana Republic. I have never seen a you tube sponsored video from them. you did a great job highlighting these beautiful pieces. My favorites are the cropped sweater and cream belt.

I absolutely love Banana Republic. Where I live we have a Banana Republic outlet and I bought a pair of wide-leg jeans from there over 10 years ago and I still wear them.

I’ve been buying BR all year!!! I love BR and have some really old pieces from 10 years ago that are still in excellent shape.
They hit a slump and I stopped buying from them. I don’t know what changed over the past year or so but the direction they have gone in is amazing!!!! And they run sales. ❤

My favorites are the cream sweater, cargo pants and belt… but I like them all! I bought a pair of winter white corduroy joggers from Banana Republic this winter and have loved everything about them. Great fit and quality. Definitely a brand I’ll be looking at now.

I love that you added a belt. I was just browsing for belts with a little something something for my more boho looks. BR Factory has been a great place for me to find some sale basics for Fall/Winter (I’m a shop for all seasons shopper). I found a black /white sweater, red sweater (got out of my comfort zone), and a really cool high low light weight quilted jacket that has become one of my favorite things. I’ve added some khaki pants and a new white shirt for Spring/Summer and one pair of sandals. I love watching your videos because I get ideas on how to actually style my clothes in different ways even though most of my wardrobe is pretty simple.
