Sweetie everybody’s skin will get barrier if they are constantly consuming natural vitamin C. I suggest you every day at least half lemon consume it and see the result after 1 week you will not regret. Note: Vitamin C tablets will not metabolise completely so better prefer natural source especially for consumption which gives 90% positive effects which is impossible with huge and expensive cosmetics.

I love the ASMR sounds, but my esthetician said that using those dermaplane blades from the beauty stores can cause micro scratches in the skin and can lead to further breakouts and irritation. She stated that only scalpels should be used for this type of stuff. (PS: She said that using the beauty store ones are perfectly fine for shaping eyebrows and things though) Just figured id pass it along! Because I was also using these beauty store blades and I would always get super irritated skin after. :/ Sending love
True for some. But those who are not irritated by the derma planing technique can benefit from it as it can exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin skills and can make applying makeup so much smoother. Just got to try and see what works for you!

actually all you need is a gentle face wash and a spf cream for the day, moisturiser for the night. i also use a gel peeling a few times a week. drink lots of water, avoid touching your face with dirty fingers, eat a balanced diet and avoid stress. there's also sleep, changing your pillow sheets and many more. and don't use any fancy weird sponges/silicones for cleaning your face - your hands are enough! You don't need a lot of money to have a clear skin!:) (all this might not apply for acne since it's often hormonal)
idk maybe this is for your skin? other people have different skin types and some skincare is to treat acne while other skin care is to completely avoid it and keep their clear skin no?

La piel no se talla, al final tus mejillas se ven algo rojitas y es que tallar la piel y hacerlo fuerte te irrita y puede causar algunas lesiones además, recomiendan que cuando te aplicas sérum tu piel no toque la pipeta ya que al volver a introducirla al frasco pondrías contaminar el producto, lo mejor es aplicar unas gotas en tus dedos y luego aplicarlo a tu cara.
Es más si lees en la cajita donde va el serum como aplicar, en todos te pone que te eches tres gotas en la mano y las restregues por la cara, ojo TRES que se que es un vídeo ASMR pero pone TRES aquí echa como 10 😅

Depends on the skin type if it's dry it can absorb alot of products however it's not beneficial to use a lot of products after all our skin isn't prepared for such quantity. sometimes your skin becomes sensitive and damaged if you use a lot of products, those types of videos are just made for asmr and they are the product of an overconsumption and trends asthetic !!

Depends on the skin type if it's dry it can absorb alot of products however it's not beneficial to use a lot of products after all our skin isn't prepared for such quantity. sometimes your skin becomes sensitive and damaged if you use a lot of products, those types of videos are just made for asmr and they are the product of an overconsumption and trends asthetic !!
Even if your skin is dry, layering this many products is usually unnecessary.

نصيحة من خبرة عملي في مجال التجميل من الافضل عدم نزع شعر الوجه في نفس الوقت مع روتين العناية بالوجه لتفادي اي تهيجات في البشرة من الاحسن تنزع الشعر اليوم وتنظف البشرة غدا
طيب هل من المضر استخدام الشفره حول الفم ؟
أنا لست خبيرة تجميل ولكن من خلال تجربتي الشخصية هذا صحيح ليس يوم إزالة الشعر فقط لإزالة الشعر
