    Do you have a video of putting in a kick return spring for a 2005 Honda 450r

      No I don't rite now. I have a video replacing the gears on a 07 er. The inside as far as taking the clutch cover off should be similar

    What you think about when to rebuild, slot of guys say every season new top end, piston, cylinder, chain, what you think. My bike running mint, no smoke, no oil consumption. Others say every other.. I was going to do it, but wanted your opinion.

      You know that old saying. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Take what you would have spent this season and ad to it for next time and do some upgrades

      killer maintained and youll know symptoms before it has a meltdown. overhaul it and have it last another beautiful life

      That's funny is one of my 450's have a Allen holding the kicker on and one has a 10mm and my friends has a 10mm holding it on and he bought his brand new in 05

      @@johnbruzzi4381 I assumed one of the 450r's I have had the bolt misplaced but my boy Tim bought his from the dealer brand new and has a regular bolt like one of mine. I have 1 2004, 1 2005, and the 2007er it's kinda nuts the little differences

      @@johnbruzzi4381 I said they are Japanese so still uses metric and jis screws. I think the America plants or atleast one is in North Carolina and I think there are some in Canada too
