The sign of a good operator is to see the finished job before he starts, and you certainly do. Great job and great vid. Keep ‘em coming!

Clint, I know I can't be the first to tell you this. But you got to take a day off now and then. On a personal note, I really enjoy your video's and I'd like to be watching them for some years to come. I'd like to see your boys running the business and just occasionally having to ask the old man for some advice. But the old man needs to be there.

You commented in an earlier video you were changing the pond to heart shape. Sounded good till the end of this video and the aerial view. Looks like a giant molar to me. I could imagine a pilot flying over and saying to himself "bet that a dentist lives there".

If you have a bass pond somewhere; I remember a neighbor that had a bass pond in Kansas. He fed his bass all summer long by suspending a raw fluorescent tube light horizontally above the pond surface (a foot maybe) at the end of his pier. That attracted enough bugs to feed the bass to huge sizes for just the cost of the electricity. A variation on the type of light used could be used, but this was 35-40 years ago.😊

The satisfaction of working moving dirt, improving a piece of land even just clearing underbrush is huge. Making a plot of land usable and ready for planting crops, grass or beginning a managed woodlot for future generations is a worthy goal.

Little known fact. Snap rings are die cut. That means there is a sharp edge and a rounded edge. I was taught that the sharp edge needs to go out. Otherwise, the rounded edge could get pushed out.

Typically you want to track in the dam straight up and down not side to side, this way when you seed and it rains it wont carry the seed straight down the track mark into the woods. It will just wash the seed away unless its light rain

Second best excavation channel on TH-cam. A little more frequent of vids and it could be huge. People are really into mowing overgrown yards, could be a great summertime job gig for the kids. Buy a auction mower, fix it up, send them once a week to mow a property, than sell the mower. Rinse n repeat. 👍🏻👍🏻

No doubt you and your families experience operating equipment also has benefits in the repair, service and sales of equipment. I often noted you commenting on setting equipment up for specific operations. Now that is something that the average shop guy wouldn't know or at least have experience with. Another reason to do business with C&C. Thanks very much for sharing.
