Hi wonder if you can help me I have a hotpoint countess wringer washer. I’ve noticed lately that there seems to be some play on the agitatator shaft. Do you think it may be fixable
I had the same problem with one of my twin tubs, unfortunately it’s just the main rod has worn a bit and now has play, if it doesn’t affect the wash I’d leave it as you’d have to replace it to stop.
@@HooverLux I thought as much. It’s working ok just a bit more noisy, I’m picking up another countess from the lady I got the first one from,it’s the base model with no wringer or heater but from what she told me hasn’t had much use. I thought I could keep it incase there were any parts I may need. Was only £25.
