Oh my goodness, 7 to 10 minutes is WAY too long five minutes is too long. Three minutes is pretty much acceptable I think made quite a few, viewed quite a few no way is anyone going to watch 7 to 10 minutes
That's fair. Anzio noted in our blog that sometimes he will have made his mind up or have a good idea about this person's skills even in the first few minutes, which is why he encourages people to make sure they put their best stuff at the very top of their reel!

@@seaninhertsyeah I thought 7 mins was way too long. So do you agree with his format of stand ups first, then packages?
I heard five minutes is a good rule of thumb.
