No sir. Run 14 guage electrical wire 600 volt rated through your entire setup I've seen people run the fuse but all there wiring would be 18 gauge & shitty grounding. So realistically they were causing there own problems. Good grounding, correct size wire, and correct size cable is King in the game

The 6 batteries I run it in a series of a total of 72 volts all 6 batteries are working as one unit
