    సార్ దయచేసి గుండెకీ మనం వాడే వంట నూనెలకి ఉన్న సంబంధాన్ని కూడా చెప్పండి. వంట నూనెల ప్రభావం గుండె మీద ఎంతగా ఉందో చెప్పండి. మన దేశంలో కల్తీ నూనెల కారణంగా గుండె పోటుతో మరణించేవారి సంఖ్య చాలా ఎక్కువ. కాని భారత ప్రభుత్వం కల్తీ నూనెల మాఫియాని అరికట్టలేకపోతుంది దాని ఫలితం ఏటా వందల మంది మూడు పదుల వయసు కూడా దాటని వారు గుండె సంబంధ వ్యాదులతో మరియు హర్టెటాక్స్ తో చనిపోతున్నారు.

High fat diets are harmful to health (specifically heart health); low fat and high carbohydrate diets should be adapted instead of using oil. Oil free diets are a way to "reverse" diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
