My son visa was refused. I can review within 28 days. Reason of visa refuse was while my son's father got a spot on medical TV Test. Its going to take 10 . Should I do review or apply for new application after his father medical comes. I am the main applicant. I got my visa . My daughter visa is still processing.

I have an query regarding Skilled worker dependent visa application for my spouse . Iam main applicant got skilled worker visa . valid from 1st oct 23 to 30 dec 2023. In my visa application -In spouse details section " whether your spouse travelling along with you to UK " , for this question i given answer "NO" . now i changed my mind - I want to take my husband along with me .we are planning to travel together to UK .! So in this case can i apply dependent visa to my spouse immediately and can we both travel together to UK ? is there any objections or problem at Immigration or UKVI ? pls help me in this regard.
You can edit your application. Or you can apply your husband application mention all your details as mentioned in my dependent visa video and then write note at end
At the end of your application you can write about the scenario like my wife applied for her skilled worker visa and she forgot to mention about my travel with her. Now I can prove that I am travelling with her. Mentioned wife name GWF no I'd passport no
I applied skilled visa with dependent my biometric on 11 September in the same day i received forward mail after that i recieved mail on 9 October ascaleted mail but still i am waiting please reply and guide me when i will receive visa and what will be happened about visa positive? Hi Doctor Faraz. My dependents (spouse and child) just recently done their Biometric and upon going thru the docs, I noticed that the consent letter I made had errors like wrong date and address. I am very worried. Will that affect the ukvi’s decision? Thank you.
@@nari7660 they didn't asks about mistakes on consent letter? I am worried I mentioned my husband UK address in my child's visa application but forgot to mention in consent letter I hope they'll not reject the visa for this. We both signed the consent letter me and my husband but UK address is not mentioned I forgot to mention on consent letter but is mentioned in my child's visa application where the question was where you'll be staying in UK. Hopping for the best
@@youmeanduk that’s similar to the mistake we made but in our case, we stated the wrong address in the consent letter and the date was 2023 instead of 2024. We were very worried too but I advice just take a breath and relax. As long as the more important documents are okay I’m pretty sure they will not immediately refuse your application. Maybe they’ll just ask you to explain it further if they notice the error. In our case luckily they didn’t call me or heard from them about the error. We just received their passports with vignette on it and good to go.
A letter from your parent’s sponsor confirming, if necessary, your maintenance and accommodation for the first month OR • Bank statements in either your name or your parent’s name confirming £315 has been held for a 28 day period (dated within 31 days before the date of application) in line with Appendix Finance. Can you please provide the format of letter i have been asked to give this additional document .

My son's visa was refused 1st, and again reapplied with proper documents, they asked additional documents. But still no response.
After submitting additional documents no one can comment on the waiting time unfortunately
