Information shared is not accurate. There r more than 3000 flats in imperia project, not sure why u say 1500 flats and each tower has more than 360 flats not 180. I dont think proper research has been done on this project

Firstly its a pain to sit through this entire video even at 2x speed. After I dreaded through the torture anyway, I didn't find anything wrong with this project. Infact he was mentioning about various floor plans available for 3BHK which is sort of a promotion to the project itself. Good luck convincing people with such hatred and pointless detailing!

What is the FSI of this project. U are only taking density in to account. FSI also should be considered.
