As someone who's played a LOT of Payday 2 (a video game where you rob banks) I like the idea of Tom Segura being lumped into the same category as the professional bank robbers I've played as
Kinda funny that Wells Fargo, of all banks, gets to put people on watchlists. You know, Wells Fargo, "we care so much about our customers that we opened 40,000 bank accounts in their names without their knowledge to boost our numbers" Wells Fargo.

Why would it be a no no? Its a public space anyone can enter, there is no expectation of privacy. Every single person who enters the bank has at least one camera on them, This should be expected to happen on a daily basis. Anyone that thinks its a problem, is a problem and should be fired.

That is a reality and a possible scenario those people have to face each day. Employees get stalked and have been kidnapped. Be happy you don't understand the gravity of that situation.
Of course it’s a lie. These type of segments are almost always fabricated/pre scripted to a certain extent. When millions of advertising money is on the line from big national corporations they will almost never be ok with “just go out there improvise and say anything”. All these late night shows for the most part are pre scripted.

There's a Wells Fargo corporate office here in Charlotte. We had no idea that's what this place was, but anyway my mother in law noticed some flowers right outside of the gate and we drove her up so she could take some pictures of them. Security was on us with the quickness and you would have thought we were planning another 9/11. Crazy stuff. Now we laugh every time we drive by that entrance. It isn't well marked.
