On a negative viewpoint, the singer should have been someone else. We might as well listen to Betty White singing rap or hardcore death metal. On a positive viewpoint, the song's melody is not entirely bad. Plus, I think people who grew up watching HNK in the 1980s would want Crystal King to sing this song rather than someone else. He did sing the original with another performer (back when the band was active before it fell to only one member).
no amount of money wouldve got me to sing this song like this. this singer was never so corny before he was stiff and "cool" i guess. this is what age does to people though :(
