    I love watching his feet after he hits the ball; he's so light and yet has gyroscopic balance and respectable power; just an outstanding athlete.

    This really helped me find out when to drop my wrist, relax it and then accelerate racquet speed and follow through. Great stuff! Thank you so much!

    Everyone pay VERY close attention to the deep knee bend during his BH shots. The players are using their entire bodies to generate power. Too many people simply try to crush the ball with just their arm or shoulder. Really watch the KNEES and watch how Djokovic pushes UP and FORWARD into the shot to uncoil the power... and this is just during a simple warmup.

    His posture/core movement and balance are as good in history, my fave to watch; he's killing me with being 1/5 in last 5 majors, his head gets the best of him sometimes.

      ***** Even rank 1,0000 is 7.0 - this simply defines what you can and cannot do. Rank 1,000 and Rank 1 are both 7.0 - one might be faster, stronger and can hit more variety but they are still 7.0 as nothing exists above this "rating". If ratings went higher then we could most definitely be putting the top guys in a far different category but once you reach 7.0 you are a world class player either way.

    • @Wodz30
      @Wodz30 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** What is this 7.0+ garbage that people are making up. Can anyone post any credibly information to back this up? 7.0 is a world class player.. regardless of Pro rank

    • @Wodz30
      @Wodz30 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** You are talking shit here. The US system (NTRP) works from 1-7. The UK system works from 10.2 down to 1 (one being the highest). Novak Djokovic and rank 500 are both 7.0 NTRP or 1 UK/EU. Who is better is irrelevant. If you VISUALLY watch a video and say "gee whiz Nadal is better than rank 500" that has quite literally nothing to do with the rating system. 7.0+ = fantasy world. This is the same as saying 110%

    • @djoinochi
      @djoinochi 10 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Are you Federer ?
      Nole's strokes aren't too bad ?
      If he can't hit clean strokes against top players, he never be No.1 or won Grand Slams.
