Brilliant video, done it today. The bend was great, but my measurement from back of bend was slightly longer. I had a measure of 471mm to back of the bend. Done all the measurements correctly, but my back of bend measured around 530mm. Not sure where I went wrong atm. I done the bend the other way to your video but still should be correct.

Hi, on this triangle i.e. 90, 45, 45 angles, the the ratio of the two (equal) short side with the hypotenuse is always sqrt of 2 (or approx 1.41) Please share with like minded or maybe even like and subscribe.

@@tucker35Ire looks like you are out by 50mm, seems you may have measured away from the wrong point.
Can you please make a video for 4 cuts, 5 cuts, and 7 formula and how to do it to be gusset of 90 degrees back of bend?
