You could just keep it since it’s undated and if you want to do something different at a later date you have that flexibility. The beauty of an undated planner.
I just ordered the B6 weekly for me & A5 weekly for my daughter. My daughter will be entering an RN program soon (I’m also an RN) She will need room to write a place to write lessons and places to be etc. I’ve passed on the love of a physical planner to her. I’m waiting on a B6 burgundy Gillio to put my Stalogy & then maybe use the Aura Estelle one in Jan. Your video was super helpful. I loved hearing your thoughts!!
The Airy is gorgeous! Thanks for showing us what they look like! I would keep mine in the dust bag, because even with a clear cover on I’ve had issues with dirt or dust from my purse getting underneath the clear cover and scratching my planner.
There are two B6 sizes - the japanese ie Stalogy size and then there’s like a Western version - so the Wonderland 222 and I assume this planner are the other size B6 😕
Well i ordered 2 of the covers thinking I would put my stalogy in them. I didn't order the planner for I like the stalogy better since it is blank and I can add whatever i want. Now I will see if I like the cover. I was hoping I could use a clear cover on it . hmmm
I feel like maybe you just want to use if because of fomo? Maybe try it after you finish this stalogy, and then you can just use some of the weeks as note pages?
The struggle is so real! I have two problems, first I’m already in and using my new B6 Wonderland 222. I bought both received weekly and daily Books from Aura Estelle and my second problem is I love the books so much I am afraid to write in them and mess them up!! I got the gray croc cover and it is AMAZING quality! I have many leather covers and can’t get over how nice it feels in hand and with both books in it! Can’t wait to see what you end up using!

The weekly has a spot I can lay full box decorative stickers and then a small spot to journal highlight of the day with my beautiful fountain pen ink. I’m so excited and want to hoard and buy more before tomoe river paper is gone. Also it’s not uncommon unfortunately for b6 sizing to be different brand to brand. You’ll find that a lot with that size. I believe it’s pretty universally known that the Stalogy runs on the larger size of the spectrum for b6.
I don;t think Tomoe River paper is disappearing? Tomoegawa did shut down #7 and I believe #9 will cease production as well, but they are outsourcing production AFAIK.
The wonderland 222 cover might fit that one. I have a video on my channel showing Lauren Phelps Designs cover on it & the official wonderland. The Aura Estelle b6 seems the same size
Love your cover though it is stunning I am using the Wonderland 222 this year and I love it so it is good to try different planners till you find your groove but like you I have too many I have the A6 English so I will use that has my journal y W222 is my B6 EDC and Weeks is my Budget planner and I have a second W222B6 not sure what for 🥴
Go with what your heart tells you - the planner police aren't going to be coming round checking your planners that they are ALL used EVERY month. Have fun with them, use the Aura Estelle x Annie Plans to see if you like it. You don't have to double or triple plan into the Hobo's or your Stalogy. Planning isn't supposed to give you anxiety, it is a tool to productivity. Use ALL the planners in any way you see fit! Stick washi wherever you want but above all, have fun!
This might have been said already but I just happened to be researching this a couple days ago for a side project I’m working on. There are 2 different B paper sizes: the *JIS* - Japanese Industrial Standards & the *ISO* - the International Organization for Standardization. I recently tried looking into the origin of the B series because the logic in it makes me think it’s more than just printer sizes, but didn’t find anything specific. They both operate like the A series where a B6 = 1/2 B5 and B7 = 1/2 B6 and so on but the JIS is about 3% larger in width & length & ~6% larger in area than the ISO. Moral of the story? A B6 insert might not necessarily fit your B6 cover so check the measurements always! 😕 ISO B6: 17.6cm x 12.5cm or 6.9” x 4.9” JIS B6: 18.2cm x 12.8cm or 7.2” x 5” B6 slim = width around 11.0-11.3cm 💕
If you get/ create a commonplace/ collections notebook to stick in the other side it's a workable system. I like my months and weeks and days all in the same section, for reference purposes. Or I loose shit lol. But it is a Beautiful. Well thought out designed planner. What will you do with your Hobonichis now? Will you use a Stayology next year? I know Decisions, Decisions lol It's so hard.

Why do people pay big bucks for beautiful Japanese style paper…? And then cover everything up - like with printables and sticker books that have ‘vomited” everywhere!? It just seems… sacrilegious. Especially with tomoe river paper ‘going the way of the dodo bird’. Definitely boggles one’s mind!
I think you are over thinking it and over complicating things. At the end of the day there is no right way and no one way to use these planners and if you start in it and don't like it then fuck it. Who cares. If you think you're gonna actually use more blank pages then I would go with the other one. But only if you really know you're going to be putting those extras to use.
