I rode through Texas a few years back. Long and boring as Hell. Hot, dusty, and flat. Yet another reason I love living next to the mountains in northeastern Tennessee. Colorado is a beautiful state to ride through in certain parts. The mountains are gorgeous! My favorite out west was Utah! Beauty at another level of its own!! Thanks for sharing your adventure! Glad you made it home safely as well.
🌿 IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE A MOUNTAIN MAN ♂️ THAT IS GREAT 👍 ALL THE MOUNTAIN MEN I KNOW ARE GOD'S FEAR AND LOVE AMERICA ♥️ 🤔 LOVE FROM MISSISSIPPI USA 🇮🇱♥️🇺🇲
Hi Cruiseman, a bonus ride on the Million Dollar Highway! It does get cold in the mountains at elevation. The long boring part of the ride is much easier to tolerate when you are headed out to Colorado than when you are headed back home. Another fantastic video! Thank you for sharing!
Great series of videos and finale for the CO trip. Between you and Robert I felt like I was on vacation also. Except for that tense music ha ha. Hope you and Robert do annual trips!
Great finale. I too just finished my 6400 mile 14 day experience. Thank goodness for cruise control for those long interstate slab rides. You always know when you’re nearing home by the insane traffic. Once again great series about your ride to Colorado, and also great to meet both you and Robert.
Great video as usual. I swear you and Robert scared all the bugs north. Your windshield is always clean. I can't go more than 10 feet without getting a bug splatter. 😄
Boring Texas highway? Not even close! You've got to ride the Trans Canada from Calgary to Medicine Hat, Alberta. 3 hours of agony! I equal it to pushing pencils in my eyes. It is crushing flat and zero to look at. As for NM highways, we'd kill for roads as smooth! Last time I was in Plano, TX it was 107 degrees, I almost died! I'd never experienced heat over 80F up here in the north country. And now, alas, it is time to put the Goldwing away for winter and dream of the day in late April when it can come out of hibernation! Ride safe!!
If you ever go up that way again, when you head home go east from Durango to Pagosa Springs down through Chama, it's a much nicer ride than going to Farmington and down to Albq.
With the first part of the ride where the temps fell into the 30's a heated shirt from Warm and Safe would had been the ticket for comfort...you simply turn the dial with the remote controller and you are comfortable no matter the temps.
Love your channel - I've recently moved to Northwest Arkansas after spending 38 years in the Metroplex (Frisco/Dallas) and I miss it! I don't miss the traffic though!
Your commentary to to low in volume compared to the music. Requires constant adjustment of the volume. Music is strong so turn down volume when you speak the audio is low so have to turn up the volume. FYI
I love the videos and thank you so much for doing them!! I do have a question for you, can you tell me what chin mount you use on your helmet for your camera please? Thanks again and God Bless!
Heya. I watch most all of your videos, I just commented a question on your other video, just wondering if you’re still using that Wingsoft seat and how it’s working out for you on these long trips!?
Why on earth do you keep on insisting on cranking up the background music volume to ear splitting levels and then come on with your very soft low volume voice, it is totally annoying, you are ruining your own videos.
1 degree Celsius, that's still summer in Scotland.😁

Love your videos. The only way to improve is less background music and more onboard engine noise.
🤔 I LIKE THE WAY YOU THINK 🤔
@@Yermn I have to rig up a separate mic to pick up engine sound. The wind drowns out the engine.
Love the Million Dollar Highway! I’ve ridden it several times and can’t wait to to it again.
Hey cruiseman, thanks for the ride along. I have enjoyed following both channels as you guys enjoyed your adventure.
That second day was brutal... An awesome trip overall !! Certainly a great memory. Thank you Chris for capturing these last couple of days.

I agree the quality of the pavement in Colorado is much better than in New Mexico. It is their own dang asphalt.
Outstanding again. Please, easy on the background music

Another great video Cruiseman. Love the background music. 😊

@@mikespicer2810 - I'm fine with music as well. Keep it up.
please let me know when the next ride is. I have a 21 goldwing bagger. I would love to tear these roads up with you guys !

Cruiseman ? how far can you go on a full tank of fuel on the interstates.
@@Grumpyoldman60- depends on altitude and wind. But, typically 200 miles.
You need to find new background music.

Love the videos…lose the music though…it’s so unnecessary and really doesn’t add anything,,,thx!
Hot here in Texas

IT'S HOTTER THAN BILL CLINTON GETTING THROUGH OUT OF A GAY BAR HERE IN MISSISSIPPI TOO 😂

I keep lowering the volume on every new video.
