One thing i like about the Monsterverse is that, the world is an unwilling participant. Unlike superhero movies, stories arent set in specific local areas, monsters WILL pop up and start wrecking shit wherever they go. I want to see more varied cities for destruction in the future.
Yes, this is so true! I do wish they went back to how it felt in 2014 and KOTM though, with it actually impacting humanity, and kina allow us to... care, I guess, about the probable tens of thousands of people dying.
I think Biollante would be a good choice. It was already said that Titan cells are worth a lot of money in KOTM. They could use that as a solid premise, maybe a company is experimenting with plants to work on a super crop and it goes wrong and makes Biollante.
@@MasterIceyy Amhuluk is more like the hedorah of the MV since he's a titan that possesses toxin emitters that are capable of poisoning entire oceanic channels and rivers, which is a major threat to the ecosystem.
One problem, rename the final movie "Godzilla vs Destoroyah: The Final War". This way, both OG fans of Godzilla and newer fans will like it due to the name and know exactly what they're getting into. We can assume the budget for this movie will be huge, so we can bring Rodan, Mothra, Anguirus, Jet Jaguar, King Caesar, and possibly King Ghidorah into the mix.
*Godzilla Vs Destroyah: Destroyer Of Worlds or Destroy All Monsters would make a better subtitle. Also Bagan is way better suited for the monsterverse imo probably would be less expensive to acquire the license too as well.
Um no. That won't happen. It's still grounded in reality. Though wacky and nonsensical, they still fight like animals, like Titans. No dumb ass martial arts for the Titans. 🙄 Fortunately Legendary has enough brain cells to know when crazy people are running around spouting out nonsense. They would never do that. Money is the target, and that would kill one of if not their biggest franchise. So true MV fans are safe. Weirdo
@@CreamIc7and GTeam is not official, nor is it endorsed by Legendary or TOHO. It's a fan project from an actor in KotM. Stop spreading it like it's happening. Although it would be cool, it's HIGHLY unlikely for TOHO to agree.
Honestly compared to most other pitches I've seen for the Monsterverse, yours is probably the most realistic and the best. Would love to see what you'd do with another phase of the Monsterverse / what you'd have done differently with the initial 10 years of the Monsterverse.
I'd like for Godzilla and Kong to both get a proper new film before we get a crossover film again. Godzilla 3 would have a more serious tone and have Biollante as the main villain. Ideally, Biollante would come about Jonah's shenanigans that result in Madison's death and in some fashion becomes a part of Biollante. This would also give Mark's character more depth as now his entire family is gone. And as a parallel, Godzilla discovers a Titanus Gojira egg which eventually hatches and Junior is introduced and they themselves grow a bond. Post credit scene would be a desk with a microscope and water tank on it. The tank is labbeled "Batch 9-5", we then cut to what the microscope is looking at and after a few seconds of nothing a small red crustacean swims by. Kong 2 would center around Kong discovering what it means to be King of hollow Earth and we see his relationship with the other apes grow. Have the antagonist titan be a giant lion like creature. Then a team up film where Space Godzilla is the main villain. He creates his own holes connecting the surface to hollow earth which wrecks havoc as hollow earth creatures run wild. Ideally, the final fight would be mainly be Godzilla vs Space Godzilla with Kong providing aid.
i always liked the idea of using lesser godzilla enemies as kong enemies if godzilla isn't going to use them. i think gorosaurus would also be a great choice he did start out as a kong villain after all. it would also just be cool to just see monsterverse kong vs a more traditional t-rex type character.
Amazing pitch. But I do need to point out something. The death of Godzilla could NEVER happen in this hypothetical MV. Not because it doesn’t make sense lore-wise, but because it literally cannot happen. Part of the contract between toho and legendary is that there are certain limitations on what they can and can’t do with Godzilla. One of those things is that Godzilla cannot be killed off, or at least not on screen. It also cannot be directly implied that he is dead, like word of mouth or anything else like a memorial or grave/rotting skeleton. So maybe he just retires and disappears somwhere, cutting to the future where Godzilla jr is now the undisputed king, with suko now being referred to as “sukong” being the new hollow earth leader. King, still being alive but very old. We also see a resting Godzilla, who has been sleeping since the fight with destoroyah. But that’s just smth I wanted to point out, cause a lot of people forget that small detail.
WHERE is this contract everyone blabbers on about? Everyone talks about it but never gives a source like where it even was found, why the details were shared with the public, etc
there is absolutely no verifiable source for this claim that's been perpetuated. the specifics and constraints of the contract are not known. stop spreading misinformation. same goes for the "needs to leave an offspring" claim. there is no substantial evidence found or provided.
Personally, I would look at the catalogue that WB already has that Legendary can use; they own Hanna-Barbera, which includes the Godzilla Power Hour, and DC has plenty of giant creatures to use. They also have their own iconic giant monster movies to pull from as well: Them! and Clash of the Titans for example. And it's possible they could pull some strings to get creatures like the Rhedosaurus and Black Scorpion for much cheaper than Toho's lineup. As well, maybe we can get spin offs for already established monsters?
The next films should be godzilla only. Godzilla has been used as a background character for the past 2 monsterverse films. The next movie has to be Godzilla vs. space godzilla
Then following your logic godzilla is a background character for all his films....kills me when fans say he's a background character when kong is involved only to say he's a background character again when it's just his film 😑.....
@Kaiju-bm4ts brother, you're missing the point completely. I'm saying godzilla hasn't had a central role since Kotm and just Appear on screen to wreck havoc, He's just a mindless brute in these Past movies. That's why Godzilla needs a movie focused on his character development and his feelings, humanity, and being the last Godzilla Left.
@@BBC_KIKG So godzilla in gvk hunting mechagodzilla isn't a important role? Or him preparing for a threat he sensed in gxk wasn't also an important role?. You're acting like him laughing or nodding at kong out of respect didn't happen. Is that not more evidence of a expressive personality? Especially when toho said to Adam godzilla couldn't emote specifically in gvk?. I didn't miss the point, just pointing out the double standards-ish behavior the "background character" argument has. G14 and kotm didn't even focus on godzilla in the same vain gxk or gvk focused on kong. The humans carried the plot in both G films til godzilla showed up and fought stuff or caused some destruction. Almost no different from how kong carried the plot in both crossover films til godzilla showed up and fought stuff.... Side note, spacegodzilla wasn't even discussed at any point (confirmed by mechagodzilla designer), fans can theorize stuff but it's shocking for 10 years straight....every MV film always had a popular theory relating to a toho kaiju that spiraled out of control.
This is an awesome video. Not too marred by pointless dislike of the franchise, just some fun fan-fiction and I love it. This is pretty much what I do privately daily. Good job, man!
I love this pitch because it addresses some things I think are important: -It addresses that the Monsterverse should takes some cues from the MCU, but we’re well aware that they aren’t going to take as many risk, so that means fewer films. -You try to achieve “building” or “fleshing out”. The MV films have been fun this far, but world and character building gives the franchise needed meat. -You’re conceptualizing things with an end goal (like MCU phases). What’s the MV Infinity War/Endgame going to be? I think the only two logical solutions would be: 1) Destroyah (like you said) Or 2) An Alien Invasion (because this is one of the huge themes from the Franchise that they have yet to touch). Both scenarios would need to have the core idea of EVERYONE (humans and all the Titans) battling a common threat in a huge finale.
You cooked my good sir!! Really great ideas you have there, though there may be some budget cuts here and there. Also the show ideas you have actually seem really feasible and glad you touched on the fact that no one should be forced to see a show for the film lol. Me personally, I think solo movie monster films can work. But only used sparingly. Great video !!
I’m hoping the next movie (or ones after) might introduce Battra, mothra’s evil brother. Introducing him as the next antagonist could also give them an opportunity to explore more into the titan’s lore in terms of mothra’s backstory and species
I would like to see a prequel that takes place tens of thousands of years ago, and show the events of the great titan wars, and maybe even show skar king again.
Ok, I genuinely really appreciate your enthusiasm with all these ideas, but this is just so bizarre. So much is just too bloated with characters and fan service that services hard core fans too often.
idk. it feels a little to goofy. since the next film will be a darker tone i should say that, thats what i would like it to be. have a darker tone but still have great action scenes/ sequences
The thought of Godzilla having a “funeral” surrounded by his allies and son makes me 😢. He always died alone, this incarnation definitely deserves to have some loved ones around.
For the show it should have around 14 or more episodes Ep1,behemoth Ep2,methisalah Ep3,abbadon Ep4,mokele mombebe Ep5,xillians Ep6, yamata no orchi Ep7, bunyp Ep8,baphomet Ep9,amuluck Ep10,leviathan Ep11, fosphera Ep12, shimidah Ep13,sekmet Ep14,quetzalcotal Ep15,typhon
Not to put your ideas down, but, ain't no way we will EVER get the number of Toho licenses that KOTM pulled off, ever again. It's expensive, and it appears that no one seems to mind Legendary making their own oc Kaiju. Most likely we are gonna keep getting Legendary original monsters to cut costs with licensing. They almost replaced Mothra in gxk, test audiences hated their fan kaiju they used.
I mean not all at once probably, but they still seemed to get Mechagodzilla just fine. Then again, Mothra, King ghidorah, Rodan, and MG are the most consistently appearing monsters in every Godzilla era so maybe that's not saying much
@TCR4B I'm not approaching a response to you with hostility, but none of the characters say Mothra on camera, their backs are always to the camera when they say her name or off screen. They were probably going to just go all in on Phosphera to save money. The director can claim that she was there the whole time, but they clearly just ADR'd mothra's name in without doing reshoots. Feels like they would have filmed two takes, one where they say Mothra, and one where they say Phosphera. Smells like bullshit to me.
Biollante would be so easy to do in these movies. They already tried creating the Orca to control the titans. There’s no way that somebody doesn’t have Ghodora DNA or Godzilla DNA laying around. Tries to mix it with human(just like the orca used human calls) and accidentally gets this problematic titan that wants to takeover all life on Earth. Godzilla, Kong and Mothra team up to take it down.
That would be a really fun movie. I just want more Toho monsters, honestly. I don't care for the MV originals, so seeing a familiar face would be genuinely awesome.
@michaelkerr2194 Totally agree. I think another issue is that when you see "Godzilla" you immediately associate Mothra, Ghidorah, Gigan, Megalon, and a host of other classics that are usually alongside him, and for me seeing that GxK just had a big monkey and the ice dinosaur as villains was really a let down, it's what stopped me from going to see it in theaters
What I would say would be next for a space Godzilla film, Godzilla after defeating Scar King and Shimo hears similar ringing to Gia’s dreams and wonders what is in there. (Whatever Kong Scene) (Humans Scene) Curiosity gets the best of him, he wanders in there to get trapped in a deeper subsection of the hollow earth. Covered in crystals, he struggles to get deeper into the cavern. He hears similar cries to him coming deeper in the cavern as he goes deeper. (Whatever Kong Scene) He finds a dying Gojira species covered in shattered crystals, Godzilla tries helps him get up, as he snaps at Godzilla, seemingly furious. The crystals glow, and cover the injured Gojira more. Godzilla tries to show worry and affection, while the Gojira shakes it off still lashing at him. Godzilla notices that this is getting nowhere, crashes the cave down onto the Gojira and leaves. (Whatever Kong Scene) Later, the Gojira awakens, covered in a weird mix of crystals and spikes as Space Godzilla. This is very flawed, make whatever you want of it.
Imagine a godzilla film that has a young godzilla flashback that references Little foots mom’s death? A baby Godzilla snuggling with the bones of his freshly eaten species all alone, having once innocent eyes be filled with rage.
I may be in the minority but I'd definitely bring Gareth Edwards back. His directing in 2014 was honestly something that hasn't been beaten since in the American films, especially with how he does scale and how animalistic the Monsters are. The script by Max Borenstein sadly let the film down. I'd like WB to reach out to Gareth after he finishes the upcoming Jurrasic Park film and allow him to have more creative freedom. Personally id rather have more original Kaijus rather than the same old ones for Fan Service. Give the new original ones time to shine in their own films, like The Mutos and Skullcrawlers, heck, even the Mother Long Legs are really memorable monsters. Can't say the same for GxK though, Scar king had potential, but both villains were pretty generic and forgettable from what I've heard and seen online. Slowly bring the grounded and serious take back through each installment to avoid tonal whiplash and get the writer of LOM last few episodes to co write them with someone else. He can focus on the characters while the other writer focuses on the monsters. Best for both worlds. That's my take anyway.
Awesome ideas! The only thing I kinda feel could differ is to restructure it a little bit to separate out the major players sooner rather than later. I feel like we're already at the point where we need to explore the characters of Kong and Godzilla separate of each other.
The idea that I had been thinking about, at least for the “last monsterverse film” was introducing Keizer Ghidorah. In KOTM novelization it said that Ghidorah was likely from a family of other Ghidorahs and was possibly “young and small” So this film would start with a flashback to Ghidorahs death in that film, then the scene shifts to some planet galaxies away where Keizer who could be an older brother or father to Ghidorah hears his death cry. That makes him start his journey to earth and since he’ll be so far away it could be explained that from 2019 to whenever this film takes place, some time in the 2030s perhaps, Keizer was making his way here. Once he gets to earth he starts fucking shit up to avenge ghidorah. I don’t have a lot of other plot details figured out but I think that makes for an interesting enough premise
Love your pitch for the SpaceGodzilla movie and I would want to also throw in Battra into the mix just to show Godzilla and Mothra fighting their evil counterparts. I think for the Kong series, he should run into Biollante who is an entire landmass somewhere in Hollow Earth and wins her respect by effortlessly defeating her vines and even uses the shell of a dead Titan as a shield along with his axe. For the Destroyah movie I think Shimo has to be the first Titan to die by Destroyah’s claws, because she’s the most dangerous to him since heat and cold temperatures are his weakness and I want to see Rodan have a heroic sacrifice by igniting his entire body and dive bombing right into Destroyah to save Godzilla’s life and severely injuring Destroyah and allowing Godzilla to have an opening to kill the giant beast. I would love to see Keizer Ghidorah also show up eventually. His backstory is he is the Alpha of the Ghidorah species and the alien species that controls them sent the first Ghidorah to earth mainly because he was the runt of the other creatures and now they want Earth so they will send their most powerful monster. Godzilla and Kong could be the last Titans standing and maybe even help each other up to face this gigantic foe. This monster is what triggers Godzilla’s Red Spiral Beam
I love these ideas especially the last one. It gave me an idea of my own. What if destroyah got so big it could actually eat Godzilla like Biollante and Orga tried to do but is actually successful at it. But just when all hope is lost a blue glow starts to come from destroyah's stomach. It gets brighter and brighter till a hot beam of radiation works it's way up from destroyah's belly to the top of his head. Both halves fall slowly. After the dust settles a deeply wounded Godzilla with large portions of his skin missing gives out his last victorious roar. He then collapses in exhaustion looking at junior and gives his essence to him. With a sorrowful look junior let's out a roar that as it gets louder and longer sounds more and more like his father's
I like the Son of Godzilla idea a whole lot, but i think it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce Zilla from the 1998 movie (or rather the animated sequel series). Maybe have Titanus Doug get exposed to some sort of power source that makes him evolve idk. I swear im the only Zilla Jr fan left ;-;
I don't think we need to realise the potential the MV has, the hollow earth is immensely creative and a new avenue for films. We know that when there's an opportunity, Hollywood will milk it, but as we've seen these films have true care and passion behind them, with each film being interesting, and unique. The original titans we've seen from the monsterverse are actually incredible, so imagine the villains these can make!
I’d add three movies and two more series, Godzilla vs (insert original character here) which would more on the lines of the Showa movies, either Mothra or Rodan or Angrius or any other character which shall be a movie similar to the original movies featuring them, then Kong 2 instead of Kong series which shall also flesh out a few new characters which shall be villains, then Monster Islands which will flesh out the side characters of Son of Godzilla, and Monarch Season 2 which would be about Bernie, Trapper, and Jet Jaguar Edit: Gigan would be the villain for Monarch Season 2
With the son of godzilla, instead of Godzilla instantly taking on a parent role, i think it’d be more surprising and fitting that Godzilla is apprehensive and suspicious of this mysterious baby, perhaps worrying that it may grow to take over his reign as alpha. Considering how much godzilla has lost and spent so much time in fierce combat, he’d have to earn a softer side. Over the course of the movie, Godzilla needs to somewhat put his worries aside to fight the smog monster, training baby godzilla and in the end forming a bond with it. This relationship would be put to the test however, when at the end of the movie, we’re teased as we see tiny crystals growing out of baby godzilla’s back, showing it as a remnant of space godzilla. This could even be why the smog monster (also from space) targeted monster island to begin with, perhaps bringing in some lore regarding alien titans (Ghidora, space godzilla, ect). This space godzilla jr arc would also come into the final movie somehow, likely with Godzilla fighting a mental battle between his own rule and how ok he is with Godzilla jr taking his role with the new allies he’s made.
I feel like the final movie of the Monsterverse should have the earth titan's face off against alien monster along with kong and shimo and hey why not zilla and gamera in to the mix
I wanna see a violent love triangle between Battra, Mothra and Megaguirus spill over into the world, with Battra torn between Mothra convincing him to spare the world and Megaguirus persuading him to purge it of humans and rebuilding it in their image as insectoid King & Queen. Not sure where or how Big G would enter the picture but at least 2 of those 3 mentioned don’t get nearly enough love in the kaijuniverse
Toho needs to let Legendary use thier characters because us Goji fans want to see MV versions of classic Toha Kaijus like Biollante Battra Gigan Megalon Angirus Hedorah etc (Even SkullSpawn which appeared in the DC Godzilla crossover comic) For me King Kong (Kong 2) should have King Ceasar as Kong's rival then a bigger threat apears being Skullcrawllers and thier leader is Skullspawn and the final battle will have the Great apes (possibly even Shimo) and King Ceasar teamed up to defeat the Skullcrawllers
And also king Caesar will have his own spin-off TV series with him with a helped with some people against a evil threat where it says in screen rant and his own movie with KING CAESAR'S species like king caesar's mother aka the original queen of the shisas and his grandparents and king Caesar's New Queen and children like four daughters and one son and young hottest female Shisa ladies and young males and adults Shisas and the folks Shisas king Caesar's good aunt and offspring friends and evil aunt of king Caesar he has to fight her and protect an little human boy name Toby.
Okay Godzilla dying of old age is a terrible idea- Godzillas canonically don’t age. A nuclear meltdown as a result of too much energy absorption, ideally from Spacegodzilla, is a lot better. Just like the Heisei era.
About your Kong series being called "King Kong" and the possible legal issues with that, the original King Kong from 1933 actually becomes public domain in 2029, so in 2030 copyright may not be that much of an issue.
12:14 King kong already has a show, and i feel like its completely forgotten. It ends on a cliff hanger, and no one is asking for a season 2. That show was good tbh, it wasnt that good but good. Idk why so many ppl forgot about it Edit: i feel like if they can combine your idea for the spacegodzilla movie and the monster island movie, maybe they can have a godzilla solo film, where he finds the egg, and spacegodzilla is after them, trying to kill them to become the one and only king of the monsters.
One problem with Godzilla Mothra and Kong giant monsters all out attack is that shimo would probably have to join in so maybe space Godzilla paralyzes her so he could steal Suko?
3:01. there was entire sequence setted in japan in Godzilla 2014. maybe it wasnt with godzilla and not vissible kaiju/titan on screen for more than a minute but it was at least 10-15 minutes long (combined). also im preety sure there were some scenes setted in Japan in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters but i did not watched this show so maybe im wrong but i saw some scenes on youtube and im preety sure those were in Japan. but yeah. i agree. next movie has to be placed in japan.
He CAN die but a new Godzilla will probably arrive again taking down new monsters And a new Era continuing the Godzilla franchise And even maybe a new power that new Godzilla has making more fans wanting more Why not do this to the same Godzilla but not dead? You could say it makes it more interesting I guess
here's my pitch: the next movies will be a standalone movie for kong. kong's movie will be called "Kingdom Kong" and it will show how he manage and rule the great apes. at this point, suko or mini kong will be in his teenage years so he's going to be in a rebellious phase. while kong's busy being the leader of the apes, his relationship with suko will deteriorate and suko feels ostracized because he is skar king's son. kong assigned suko to take care of shimo and they will form a great bond and technically suko's the one who freed shimo from skar king. kong will realize that suko's feeling left out and will try to reach out but suko will get mad or just ignore him. Then a storm will happen in hollow earth where the apes lives, they are forced to move out. while travelling to find a home, they will encounter various predators in hollow earth and the apes won't have permanent home, always moving from one place to another. A couple of kaiju action here and there, pack of wart dogs, fighting a bunch of war bats, siren jaws and skull crawlers. Then some of their kills are stolen by scavengers like doug. Then they will encounter rodan who lives in a nearby volcano. Unable to find a permanent place, kong will try to go back to the previous place and check if the storm is gone. he will ask suko and shimo to come but suko doesn't want and because he formed a bond with shimo, suko won't allow kong to take shimo because he thinks it's risky. kong is forced to go back alone. when kong arrived, he notice that the storm isn't natural and will try to go in and find what remains of their previous home. he will then encounter an original titan sleeping. It's a dragon with body structure similar to amatsu or narwa from monster hunter and brings storm similar to ghidorah but has water based powers. kong will try to fight it but can't defeat it. while knocked down on the ground, he noticed the nearby volcano and try to lure the titan towars it. And because rodan is very territorial, rodan will fight the dragon titan. then an exhausted kong will get rescued by suko and shimo who got worried. Then they will rebuild the place and it will be called Kingdom Kong where he is King. I also have ideas for a standalone movies for godzilla, rodan and the final wars ("infinity war") & destroy all monster ("endgame") but the comment is getting too long. edit: it won't have too much dialogue and movie style will be similar to nature documentaries. you have a person narrating some events but majority of the story are conveyed through body gesture, facial expression, growls and behaviors of the titans.
@@mr.lizard666 Kong needs to establish himself with his kind as the new leader. Hell he's taken the final kill shots on Mecha Godzilla (which seriously should've been Godzilla's win ) and Scar King. Let the two have their own seperate and movies until the team up is needed. Don't want Monsterverse to become the next DCEU
@@mviouscosplay oh I agree, it’s just that realistically Kong is going to be there, Godzilla x Kong is the highest grossing monsterverse movie. So it’d a good financial move
@@mr.lizard666we can make the money without kong 😂 Just because kong skull island made the most money by a small gap doesn't mean we can't bring in box office numbers.
The one element/film theme that I personally would add to the first or second movie after GxK would be humanity’s resentment to the monsters, since the cities are being destroyed and they want smth to be done: which ig could be the creation of one of the antagonists mentioned. Ig your final instalment would add closure to this element, as they fully realise why the Monsters are there, by witnessing what Destroyah was capable of and how the monsters save them. Note on that as well: the human story in the movie could be a focus on keeping the citizens safe and evacuating them in the final battle against the mini Destroyah spawns
Yeah bro I just listen to only 5 minutes so far of your video and I have to say one thing to debunked everything what you just said during those 5:00 you literally think your plot your theory you’re thinking about is going to be revolving around Suko?!?! For Spacegodzilla to have a reason to threaten kong I got to say and sorry to say but fuck no sir, you have Adam Wingard, Dave C, the one who also wrote 2014 Godzilla and knows more about GODZILLA, but back to Adam and legendary of what they said THEY NExt sequel where going to see IS MORE GODZILLA FOCUS THAN KONG BUDDY, I just wanted to say and make this clear because I don’t know where have you been or if you haven’t heard this guy said it literally OUT his mouth in interviews, and have multiple sources saying the next sequel is more Godzilla focus why would they sit here and do what you just said, about space Godzilla capturing suko for kong and all no dude just no that doesn’t make sense at all it’s literally not goin to be a KONG movie again bro with Godzilla getting less time again fuck no I’m sorry to bring this tone but no bro I’m not agreeing with you at all on this one, it’s going to be Godzilla center focus, Mothra will be in there possibly Kong dont know for suko and the rest he might return not sure the other kongs, but if this is going to be Godzilla center focus, we heard this going wanting to bring jr and destroyah, his deleted scene in 2021 was showing his own version of Spacegodzilla Zo zamala whatever it’s called I believe it’s going to be more Godzilla focus with more Godzilla story around lore wise FOCUS not no damn Making it more Kong again bruh that’s not playing no types of safe that’s going make the movie going straight down of domestic
And if this movie turns out to be Kong center again because it’s kong community that’s going to ruing the monsterverse up, and if this movie shows in a trailer in anyway if it looks like it favors Kong don’t give two flying pig craps if Godzilla in it suko Mothra whoever, I’m not going to watch it, they can’t lie to people face if they’re saying something completely different
I think it would be pretty good to add biollante to the next movie, because if that movie was created, it would probably have tons of more lore than the 1989 film. This movie could come out in 2029 as a 30 year anniversary to biollante.
8:50 - Simple, title it "Monarch Presents: Titans" and have it be a docudrama (think "The Office" or "Park and Rec" but more serious, and with Titans),
I'd personally bring Godzilla full circle and have him turn on mankind. I really aint sure about the Middle Earth thing. And they are throwing Kiaju scences in left right and centre, which for me personally is taking away from the specialness of seeing these gargantuan creatures exist or interact. The original or most of the Toho movies barely showed the Monsters till it was necessary. And minus 1 i think has about 5-10 minutes of Godzilla in it. And that is now my favourite Godzilla movie. Because i think deep down we wanna see him rampage and destroy cities and defeat the military down, and then watch us re emerge. With maybe a little monster 1 on 1 during the journey x.❤
Yeah because that’s never happened in the history of film before. Kill Bill, Saving Private Ryan, Finding Nemo, Finding Dory, 12 Years A Slave, and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford definitely don’t give away the entire premise lmao
@@FirewoodMediaTVthat’s exactly like spoiling the fact that godzilla “dies” in KOTM, we didn’t exactly know how he was going to be revived during the movie and it was fun and heartbreaking to see the process. Thats why Godzilla Vs Destoroyah isnt called “death of godzilla and kinda jr”
Bro is dreaming big don’t forget that each character has a fee tho wich means for each character from Toho you have to pay not sure if you would be able to put a Licensed Toho monster in every Movie or series
While I liked the last two movies being a little over the top action goofiness and am thankful for what wingard did for gman. I really think what the series needs is a return to 2014s vibes. That movie obviously had some flaws, but tonally it was amazing.
I would love to see a Godzilla focused movie in which humanity recreates the Orca to turn ALL THE TITANS against him as a means of eliminating him once and for all, (and seeing as he is literally their king that would be frickin awesome) and he tries to stop it on his own, but the sheer number of massive titans overwhelms him, driving him to call on Kong and Shimo for help. Kong is skeptical at first, because he has a family to protect and a whole tribe to run, but eventually concedes, but during the final battle Kong saves Godzilla and in doing so sacrifices himself. Shimo and Godzilla bring his body back to hollow earth, and the Kongs are furious. They attack Godzilla, leading Shimo to kill one of them. This makes them still angrier, but Godzilla and Shimo manage to escape back to the surface. This could be not only a cool plot but could also lead directly into a Suko focused sequel, a now teenaged Kong bent on revenge, giving us Shimo and Godzilla vs THE ENTIRE KONG ARMY, which I think would just look freaking sick. Just my idea.
For years I’ve always pitched the same idea for a MonsterVerse SpaceGodzilla. love to see a more cosmic horror version of SpaceGodzilla, like it’s this hive mind of alien crystals that arrive on earth and infect the Iwi’s crystals. It absorbs the DNA of creatures and they become horribly mutated crystal monsters. The being tries to assimilate Godzilla, but it fails, with the crystals instead mutating into their own Godzilla clone. Even tie it into Son Of Godzilla, showing a parallel of a false legacy to Godzilla, and the true legacy of Godzilla (Minilla)
Gotta remember, this is the MONSTERVERSE, not the Godzillaverse or the Kongverse, they could introduce many other Kaiju from different properties, like the Ultraseries, Gamera Evangelion, those older 50s and 30s monster movies, some other Toho monsters, 3rd party Kaiju like Yongary or Gorgo, even pacific rim, Kamen Rider or cloverfield, by the way your pitch is actually really good, makes sense actually, I know my idea isn't realistic but imagine how cool that would be
personally- i would like to see a little deviation on the tone of the monsterverse again- and what better adversary to bring into the mix for than....Shin Godzilla? Sure, rightswise this might be a nightmare, but i think you could do some cool stuff with a monster that constantly evolves and mutates to mimic its strongest opponents, until it takes on the form of Godzilla
Mmgh, Personally I feel like Course correct in MV's tone is needed more than continuing the Godzilla x kong route. Though that might be ablot to ask given how most ongoing film series seem to get more outlandish with each new entry as they try to up the anti, I worry something vital is going to be lost if we go full spectacle again without worrying about the world or internal meaning behind it. I do think it's a good idea to take advantage of original monsters tohos not doing anything with but still might garner some public eye, but i'm not sure which I'd consider personally beyond spacegodzilla. Between monsterverse penchant to warp IRL biology, and all the various cave painting hints to a flying Godzilla I feel like they could get away with a spaceGodzilla story without science experiment gone wrong route. My idea would follow a member of Godzillas species that's been infested with a hollow earth parasites that twist its genetics and produce those hollow earth crystals around its emaciated body. Unearthed by a greedy human factions looking to exploit hollow earth like that vet dude in the new empire worried, the crystals have Driven this version relative of Godzilla insane with pain, lashing out at the world like a mad bull both against enemies real and imagined. Its very nature has been changed, being able to float about but disperse crystal particles that blot out sunlight and distort gravity on the surface, making things as if it was in outer space. This would be an enemy Godzilla is emotionally invested in not Killing due to his loneliness and try to manage on his own, potentially refusing even mothras help let alone Kongs despite spacegodzilla initial attack on hollow earth before it reached the surface. Though steeling himself to confront this fallen Brother of his to prevent any more devastation. If anything I think it would be interesting if a powered Queen muto of all titans came into help out godzilla last minute, as to tie into the role even parasitic creatures like hers play in the Balance of the world and give merit to Godzilla not killing her in KOTM!
Agreed with these points. This sounds far more appealing and in line with the Monstervere compared to what this video's ideas present. Godzilla hesitant to kill another of his kind is a great idea. Lately there's no stakes with Godzilla. He's just a powerhouse, steamrolling opponent after getting powerups. I would love to see him fight an opponent resistant to his atomic breath and even capable of siphoning his radiation reserves, prompting Godzilla to really struggle and fight with his physical abilities alone like with the Mutos.
@@ManSpider92thank you! I honesty think it's a point that's very underutilized with the spaceGodzilla idea is Godzillas reaction to a being so similar to him. The most interesting scene in the original heisei movie was that pleading look of confusion from Godzilla only for SpaceGodzilla to return the sentiment with pure malice. I imagine they could do a lot more with that notion in the monsterverse should they want to put Spacegodzilla in a more sympathetic light, or at least one that better reflects Godzillas emotions and intent beyond killing the next creature that steps out of line. That being said SpaceGodzilla should prove to be more than a spectacular opponent physically as well. And a good enough excuse to involve Muto into the plot again perhaps pftt. A major complaint about the Monsterverse i've seen from fans is that it treads old ground too much as well taking beats from previous Godzilla eras.. Something I can't completely disagree with despite the fact I really appreciated the attention to detail with some of the old call backs and renewed ideas. So i'm not sure how i'd go forward between new and old monsters after this. Ideally a mix of both but to what extend? Hmmmmmm.
...personally, I think introducing Space Godzilla should be done more carefully. It has to be an experimental thing, and shouldn't be played safe. After all, this is a version of Godzilla who would come to face our own Goji. That'll definitely ellicit some reactions...
Actually Firewood Media I have my own MonsterVerse Son of Godzilla movie pitch idea but the plot is more in the line of films like E.T., Goonies, and Iron Giant
I know its expensive to acquire rights for Toho monsters, but when you see "Godzilla" you think of them right away. I don't much care for legendary originals and its what stopped me from seeing GxK in theaters. More Toho monsters would be awesome though, I wanna see some familiar classics duking it out with G-Man.
I actually thought that it was interesting that king ghidorah was confirmed to be of extraterrestrial origin. So my headcanon for the future of the monsterverse is that they'll introduce the xilliens through ghidorah as a means to terrraform the earth to be fit for invasion. The endgame ver of the fight would involve all the terrestrial titans and all the titans created by the xilliens fighting against each other. Hollow earth decides to intervene to help surface dwellers and destoroyah appears being the xillien's ultimate creation
Well the next movie is a solo Godzilla movie they said which is what I been wanting because 2 Godzilla and Kong movies back to back is a little much and Godzilla isn't really shown in both movies
I think human's using Kaiju DNA to create a new Kaiju (a chance to bring back Space Godzilla, Biollante and/or Megaguirus) which ofc goes wrong and then they need Godzilla/Kong/Mothra to help stop them.
Also have Titanus Gojira become more insane overtime while he ages further and finally views Humanity as a threat, no amount of Mothra blessings could heal him and Kong would have to get a rematch to save the planet.
Unlikely. Toho has shot down a Godzilla x Gamera crossover film several times. I wanted to keep this video realistic instead of just saying "let's introduce Ultraman and Gamera and Power Rangers!" Would it be awesome? Of course! It's just not fitting for the realistic pitch.
They could use that as a solid premise, maybe a company is experimenting with plants to work on a super crop and it goes wrong and makes Biollante.
what about angurius?
@@EmilMinasian-g6z Oh I would love for them to bring in my boy Angurius
They already have Amhuluk which is kinda like Biollante already though

@@djjathegod_03I agree with Bagan, he deserves it
How about mecha king ghidorah
Kong would probably have to be there for more profit, and when you mentioned king ghidorah I instantly thought of KEIZER GHIDORAH
@@djjathegod_03 That is true
If they bring Gigan into the mix, I hope they fully embrace the absurdity and give him kung-fu skills via an alien pilot.

Wait till you hear about monarch g team
Um no.
That won't happen.
It's still grounded in reality. Though wacky and nonsensical, they still fight like animals, like Titans.
No dumb ass martial arts for the Titans. 🙄
Fortunately Legendary has enough brain cells to know when crazy people are running around spouting out nonsense.
That's king Caesar
The idea of an antagonistic lion kaiju reminds me of Griffon from 1969's Latitude Zero and Godzilla: Project Mechagodzilla novel.
He may fight Kong but he will team up
Lions are natural predators from the Kingdom primates mostly reside. So Kong facing a Lion villain makes sense.
But king Caesar is a Shisa and a hero and he might fight a evil lion kajiu
A cool idea to add on to the King Kong show is to introduce kaiju like Megalon and Manda as Hollow Earth Residents.
i always liked the idea of using lesser godzilla enemies as kong enemies if godzilla isn't going to use them. i think gorosaurus would also be a great choice he did start out as a kong villain after all. it would also just be cool to just see monsterverse kong vs a more traditional t-rex type character.
Or A Tribe of Anguirus
But that’s just smth I wanted to point out, cause a lot of people forget that small detail.
he can be killed he just has to leave behind an offspring
@@mr.lizard666 true
WHERE is this contract everyone blabbers on about? Everyone talks about it but never gives a source like where it even was found, why the details were shared with the public, etc
he can be killed if its the final movie
there is absolutely no verifiable source for this claim that's been perpetuated. the specifics and constraints of the contract are not known. stop spreading misinformation. same goes for the "needs to leave an offspring" claim. there is no substantial evidence found or provided.
The problem with this pitch is that it’s too good that now they can’t use it lol
The next films should be godzilla only. Godzilla has been used as a background character for the past 2 monsterverse films.
The next movie has to be
Godzilla vs. space godzilla
Fr
Then following your logic godzilla is a background character for all his films....kills me when fans say he's a background character when kong is involved only to say he's a background character again when it's just his film 😑.....
@@Kaiju-bm4ts I just want godzilla to have him in a movie as main not background
@Kaiju-bm4ts brother, you're missing the point completely.
I'm saying godzilla hasn't had a central role since Kotm and just
Appear on screen to wreck havoc,
He's just a mindless brute in these
Past movies.
That's why Godzilla needs a movie focused on his character development and his feelings, humanity, and being the last Godzilla

Side note, spacegodzilla wasn't even discussed at any point (confirmed by mechagodzilla designer), fans can theorize stuff but it's shocking for 10 years straight....every MV film always had a popular theory relating to a toho kaiju that spiraled out of control.
i think we need more legendary exclusive titans, i love skar and shimo
This is an awesome video. Not too marred by pointless dislike of the franchise, just some fun fan-fiction and I love it. This is pretty much what I do privately daily. Good job, man!
I think Jet Jaguar should have a system like the ORCA built into him that way he can communicate with the titans.
I love this pitch because it addresses some things I think are important:
-It addresses that the Monsterverse should takes some cues from the MCU, but we’re well aware that they aren’t going to take as many risk, so that means fewer films.
-You try to achieve “building” or “fleshing out”. The MV films have been fun this far, but world and character building gives the franchise needed meat.
-You’re conceptualizing things with an end goal (like MCU phases). What’s the MV Infinity War/Endgame going to be? I think the only two logical solutions would be:
1) Destroyah (like you said)
Or
2) An Alien Invasion (because this is one of the huge themes from the Franchise that they have yet to touch).
Alan Jonah Frees Battra
I would like to see a prequel that takes place tens of thousands of years ago, and show the events of the great titan wars, and maybe even show skar king again.
Ok, I genuinely really appreciate your enthusiasm with all these ideas, but this is just so bizarre. So much is just too bloated with characters and fan service that services hard core fans too often.
The “Titans” show sounds awesome, I would absolutely watch that
idk. it feels a little to goofy. since the next film will be a darker tone i should say that, thats what i would like it to be. have a darker tone but still have great action scenes/ sequences

I think they should just do both
I mean not all at once probably, but they still seemed to get Mechagodzilla just fine. Then again, Mothra, King ghidorah, Rodan, and MG are the most consistently appearing monsters in every Godzilla era so maybe that's not saying much
@TCR4B yeah I was about say that
@TCR4B I'm not approaching a response to you with hostility, but none of the characters say Mothra on camera, their backs are always to the camera when they say her name or off screen.
@@Cloakingpowernone of that means mothra wasn’t supposed to be there
Biollante would be so easy to do in these movies.
@@dolanpls3330yeah the MV originals aren’t greats because they have no substance
I think we should get Godzilla junior in the next movie
0:25 oh my gosh my favorite content creator! cattyn! :)
Awesome ideas! The only thing I kinda feel could differ is to restructure it a little bit to separate out the major players sooner rather than later. I feel like we're already at the point where we need to explore the characters of Kong and Godzilla separate of each other.
Will you do phase 2? next time?
The idea that I had been thinking about, at least for the “last monsterverse film” was introducing Keizer Ghidorah. In KOTM novelization it said that Ghidorah was likely from a family of other Ghidorahs and was possibly “young and small”
So this film would start with a flashback to Ghidorahs death in that film, then the scene shifts to some planet galaxies away where Keizer who could be an older brother or father to Ghidorah hears his death cry.
It would be Crazy if Godzilla And Kong Both Died
Bro is cooking 🗣️🔥
I dont think adding space godzilla is really playing it safe
I think the titans show set up like x-files would be dope
I like the Son of Godzilla idea a whole lot, but i think it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce Zilla from the 1998 movie (or rather the animated sequel series). Maybe have Titanus Doug get exposed to some sort of power source that makes him evolve idk. I swear im the only Zilla Jr fan left ;-;
I don't think we need to realise the potential the MV has, the hollow earth is immensely creative and a new avenue for films. We know that when there's an opportunity, Hollywood will milk it, but as we've seen these films have true care and passion behind them, with each film being interesting, and unique. The original titans we've seen from the monsterverse are actually incredible, so imagine the villains these can make!
i’m fully on board this sounds awesome
I’d add three movies and two more series, Godzilla vs (insert original character here) which would more on the lines of the Showa movies, either Mothra or Rodan or Angrius or any other character which shall be a movie similar to the original movies featuring them, then Kong 2 instead of Kong series which shall also flesh out a few new characters which shall be villains, then Monster Islands which will flesh out the side characters of Son of Godzilla, and Monarch Season 2 which would be about Bernie, Trapper, and Jet Jaguar
Edit: Gigan would be the villain for Monarch Season 2
I just hope the final monsterverse movie has Destoroyah in it.
I feel like the final movie of the Monsterverse should have the earth titan's face off against alien monster along with kong and shimo and hey why not zilla and gamera in to the mix
in my opinion like how u said that godzilla going to roar at desy make all the titans come like bemoth typhoon and the other titans
What?
Toho needs to let Legendary use thier characters because us Goji fans want to see MV versions of classic Toha Kaijus like Biollante Battra Gigan Megalon Angirus Hedorah etc (Even SkullSpawn which appeared in the DC Godzilla crossover comic)
For me King Kong (Kong 2) should have King Ceasar as Kong's rival then a bigger threat apears being Skullcrawllers and thier leader is Skullspawn and the final battle will have the Great apes (possibly even Shimo) and King Ceasar teamed up to defeat the Skullcrawllers
11:08 i think angirus died in the monster war because we saw a skeleton that looked like him in KOTM
I think you could replace destroyah with bagan
12:14 King kong already has a show, and i feel like its completely forgotten. It ends on a cliff hanger, and no one is asking for a season 2. That show was good tbh, it wasnt that good but good. Idk why so many ppl forgot about it
Edit: i feel like if they can combine your idea for the spacegodzilla movie and the monster island movie, maybe they can have a godzilla solo film, where he finds the egg, and spacegodzilla is after them, trying to kill them to become the one and only king of the monsters.
I thought Toho recently gave the monsterverse like carte blanch with the other toho monsters??
One problem with Godzilla Mothra and Kong giant monsters all out attack is that shimo would probably have to join in so maybe space Godzilla paralyzes her so he could steal Suko?
True
3:01. there was entire sequence setted in japan in Godzilla 2014. maybe it wasnt with godzilla and not vissible kaiju/titan on screen for more than a minute but it was at least 10-15 minutes long (combined). also im preety sure there were some scenes setted in Japan in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters but i did not watched this show so maybe im wrong but i saw some scenes on youtube and im preety sure those were in Japan. but yeah. i agree. next movie has to be placed in japan.
What is the monsterverse version of Toho films and Kaijus?
Godzilla legally cannot die and an American Studio MUST NEVER be allowed to kill him again.
Why?
Why?
He CAN die but a new Godzilla will probably arrive again taking down new monsters
And a new Era continuing the Godzilla franchise
And even maybe a new power that new Godzilla has making more fans wanting more
Why not do this to the same Godzilla but not dead?

I would definately do a Pacific-Rim crossover movie after Godzilla vs Destroyah
I think the Baby Godzilla should a composite character of Minilla and Zilla where he’s basically a relative of Godzilla’s species.
💀
Leave Kong outta the Godzilla vs Space Godzilla movie. Just have Godzilla, Mothra and Jet Jaguar and Space Godzilla
we need the money
@@mr.lizard666 Kong needs to establish himself with his kind as the new leader. Hell he's taken the final kill shots on Mecha Godzilla (which seriously should've been Godzilla's win ) and Scar King. Let the two have their own seperate and movies until the team up is needed. Don't want Monsterverse to become the next DCEU
@@mviouscosplay oh I agree, it’s just that realistically Kong is going to be there, Godzilla x Kong is the highest grossing monsterverse movie. So it’d a good financial move
@@mr.lizard666we can make the money without kong 😂
Just because kong skull island made the most money by a small gap doesn't mean we can't bring in box office numbers.
@@BBC_KIKG they’ll make MORE money with Kong. That’s all I’m saying. I’d prefer it without him. But it wouldn’t happen
At 15:12 Its hinted that a Anguirus destroyed Godzilla’s original lair and his kingdom. That would mean he wouldn’t necessarily be a friend.
Same thing with Rodan, nearly killing Mothra and helping Ghidorah.
14:49 lets put spoilers in the movie title, perfect 🤯
Yeah because that’s never happened in the history of film before. Kill Bill, Saving Private Ryan, Finding Nemo, Finding Dory, 12 Years A Slave, and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford definitely don’t give away the entire premise lmao
@@FirewoodMediaTV fair enough.
But it's a lame idea
@@FirewoodMediaTVthat’s exactly like spoiling the fact that godzilla “dies” in KOTM, we didn’t exactly know how he was going to be revived during the movie and it was fun and heartbreaking to see the process. Thats why Godzilla Vs Destoroyah isnt called “death of godzilla and kinda jr”
Bro is dreaming big don’t forget that each character has a fee tho wich means for each character from Toho you have to pay not sure if you would be able to put a Licensed Toho monster in every Movie or series
I would love a solo Kong film where he fights a traditionally Godzilla villain like King Ghidorah
i like some of your ideas
I just want them to make a few more dark Godzilla movies. Plz bring back Gareth Edwards. Why do we need to wate another decade before we get one?
While I liked the last two movies being a little over the top action goofiness and am thankful for what wingard did for gman. I really think what the series needs is a return to 2014s vibes. That movie obviously had some flaws, but tonally it was amazing.
Imagine having King Caesar actually was one of the offspring of Scar King.
Personally. I would push Destroyah to end phase 3 and have Biollante to be the ultimate threat that godzilla and kong have faced for phase 2.
Great line up!!!!!!!
I never really understood the need for a more human element/monster presence, but then I rewatched Godzilla 2014 and I understood what people meant
Hold up How you gonna purchase all the rights to those characters. LOL
Gotta remember, this is the MONSTERVERSE, not the Godzillaverse or the Kongverse, they could introduce many other Kaiju from different properties, like the Ultraseries, Gamera Evangelion, those older 50s and 30s monster movies, some other Toho monsters, 3rd party Kaiju like Yongary or Gorgo, even pacific rim, Kamen Rider or cloverfield, by the way your pitch is actually really good, makes sense actually, I know my idea isn't realistic but imagine how cool that would be
I heavily disagree with this, it is and should still be the Godzillaverse with Kong in it
@@RHR199X why?
You didn't include Gamera. 😔
I don’t think we need all of those because most of them wouldn’t fit in
@@ksanbahlyngwa1998 oh yeah him too
personally- i would like to see a little deviation on the tone of the monsterverse again- and what better adversary to bring into the mix for than....Shin Godzilla? Sure, rightswise this might be a nightmare, but i think you could do some cool stuff with a monster that constantly evolves and mutates to mimic its strongest opponents, until it takes on the form of Godzilla
Jet Jaguar vs. Mechagodzilla!
Would the Jet Jaguar theme play as he gains sentience
If the final movie doesnt end with godzilla, kong, and gamera 3v1ing destroyah we riot
Gamera isnt Toho BTW
@@hx20games77 I'm well aware lol
@TCR4B Kong is American thats why its was easy
They talked about Space Godzilla in New Empire so he’s coming at some point and Destroyah is definitely coming eventually
I’d love to see more Godzilla stuff
Godzilla x Kong vs. Mechani Kong and Spacegodzilla
I just want godzilla to be the main kaiju in this one
Also, just an idea, some will probably find it absurd but
Gamera.
Unlikely. Toho has shot down a Godzilla x Gamera crossover film several times. I wanted to keep this video realistic instead of just saying "let's introduce Ultraman and Gamera and Power Rangers!" Would it be awesome? Of course! It's just not fitting for the realistic pitch.
