I do like having 225 hp but he needs the range back, I would give him back his range reduce health to 200, change to 50% damage reduction, give him back the non hindering high damaging nade so it’s better to play against and better to play with, buff high noon somehow

Unpopular opinion but I'd give him 25 armor with 175 health (lorewise just say his prosthetic arm is armored).
That way he does get the survivability but can still be burst down.
Idm reverting all the other shit like you said but they could keep his damage on the nade at 80 with the old nade.
If they revert the 75% damage reduction... then make roll 5 seconds.
