I wish you will be able to see the world on your own. I don't have anything specific when it comes to tips, but start saving money and prioritize traveling if you really do want to travel. Do not be put off with the fact that there are not plenty of people who travel. Along the way you will meet a lot of great people from around the world.

I applied Visa On Arrival at Tehran airport. There is not direct flight from Yinchuan, I had to fly to Urumqi and then to Tehran :)
