Ghost touch is another screen problem you can experience. It could even be more frustrating and unreal, compared to a physically broken screen. Bad Screen Protector :
You might also encounter ghost touch on your Android phone if you have a bad screen guard - mainly if it's not attached firmly to the screen, or if there are particles between the screen and the protector.

if you are using k20 smart phone having ghost touch problem ,drain your battery to zero and change the charging cable and dont charge the mobile 90-95% and dont keep mobile over night for charging, it solve my ghost touch issue parmanently in my redmi k20 mobile.
I have also K20 now tell me that we have to permanently change cabel or only for 1 time

Ghost touch can also occur due to improper working of battery. Generally lithium ion battery starts losing its capacity in 2-3 years. To stop ghost touch you can try replacing your battery
