You are a joy to watch...thank you for sharing this project. I have been trying to figure out how to bead one of these and could not get my bead string taught to the bottom of the teapot at the knotted end. This gave me some good ideas how to better construct mine. I look forward to watching more of your projects!
I saw a vendor at an art show that did these teapot wind chimes with all kinds of different teapots and various items used as the Chimes. She had hundreds of them.
Hundreds? Sheesh! I made two, one for me, one for the shop and... I was done! I might make a couple next year but there are always more projects waiting for me!
@@QueenBeeCreations yeah and she was an elderly lady too. She said she sold lots of them every show that she goes to. They were priced at around $90 a piece
The components are so easy to find you shouldn't have any trouble. Just pay attention to the base of the teapot and the ease of drilling some holes to attach the 'dangles'!!
I didn't have trouble drilling through but... I had a new drill bit for metal and I made sure that the base of the tea pot was a flat, even surface. Drilling through the cutlery didn't seem to be an issue either but, again, I think it's because the drill bit was not worn down.

Thank you Becky - best compliment I could hope for!
I would keep that as well! It seems really easy to do.
It was as easy as it seemed... truly!

It`s a lovely way to use these items in a way people will enjoy today - thrift stores are generally full of people`s cast off silver plated items.
Good video ❣️
Thank you Anita - I appreciate your tuning in and... commenting!
