Carven has a good sound at idle all the way thru the rev range sounds sick carven all day for me

I got a 2016 chevy 5.3 with the carven r. The notorious 3rd cat is punched out and it sounds amazing!
Both sound good, but the Carven gets raspy at the very high RPM. If I had to choose it's the BW!

@@Dnasty1 for sure! I would add a small resonator as well if you’re removing all factory mufflers.
@@We__Lit is this small resonator for the rasp? I actually ordered two trs already and two vibrant bottle resonators just in case.
Driver side exhaust tip lower than passenger side, first Ram lift.

Carven tr series wins from me because it's much deeper than black widow race venom to be honest
Carven sounds better outside but damn the race venom sounds so much better inside. You can't hear the bad parts of the sound inside the vehicle
I think the silver truck needs little more work done to the exhaust new cats or resonators. Race bullets in place of the rear res would be sick

I have a Jeep GC hemi that sounds like a Prius and been doing sooo much research, i wanted loud ( not too loud) & deep with little to no rasp and not much drone .... I finally settled on an X pipe and 2 Carven TR's and some dope tips ... im hoping this will do the trick thanks to Exhaust addicts for having this channel and making such great videos

@@patrickpatterson3735 Pat it sounds amazing ... super deep but not obnoxious ... cold start is sick then it melows ...but when you step on it its soo good ...hemmiiiiii ,, i do get the mds drone but its not bad at all and im hardley in that mode anyway ... but the carvens with the xpipe .. is def the way to go ..

@@patrickpatterson3735 the x pipe is cheap man ..got it on Amazon ...and the carvens direct from the manufacturer...it will cost more to install it than it is to buy the parts .

This question is for the owner of the dual exhaust mechanic shop I have a 2001 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab two-wheel drive I just invested over $10,000 in repair in the old girl it has the 5.3 l V8 it just hit 119,000 MI and did I mention it's only two wheel drive I want a dual exhaust system on this but I want a dual exhaust system that doesn't have much crackle when you rev it and Park I want a sound that sounds really really good I don't want to excessively loud but I want it loud what flowmaster or exhaust system would you recommend for my truck? Because I have my truck in this shop now and I think I'm taking it out of there because I think they have no idea on what they're doing.
