Kitchen should have been bit bigger. Outdated interiors. Will require renovation to match latest trends. Road outside the house shows that locality and location is congested. Security concern , security guard and 2 dogs are needed to avoid theft. Not more than 3 cr to the max. 5 crore will be offered after 10 years
