Jeremiah Hamilton Standard. Capo upside down on 2nd fret leaving the bass E open. So technically Drop D but in the key of E cheating with a capo!

It looks like he’s got a capo on the second fret, but from the bottom so he can leave the low E string free. Then he’s using D shapes, so that he’s playing the key of E. That open low E lets him hit the tonic in the lowest octave, so it’s sort of like playing in drop D. Hope that helps.
