Thank you so much for this. Here are the questions I was asked on my occupational therapy assistant interview within my Trust. Tell us about yourself, how do your skills, experiences and training equip you for this role? How have you demonstrated the Trust values? What would your role involve as an occupational therapy assistant? What would you do if a colleague speaks negatively about another colleague to you? How would you handle a very busy day at work? How do you feel you can contribute to teamwork? These are the questions I remember! I'm pleased to say that I got the job from preparing with your videos! In fact, they were very impressed with my responses! Thank you so much!

Hello, I don't know if I'd get a response since since it's been years since you posted this, but I will as anyway, I went for an interview, and two questions knocked me off 1. You're going on a walk with a patient. What are the things you will do before taking them on that walk? 2. You're in the kitchen cooking with a patient. How do you ensure they're safeguarded from a fire accident or any other accident in that kitchen? Please, how do you answer these questions, bearing in mind that the role is for occupational therapy assistant in an inpatient mental health trust?
How did you answer the questions in the interview? :) Please would you SUBSCRIBE to my channel? I'd very much appreciate your support. Thank you! Richard 🙏

Please don’t use these answers, way too general and don’t address any of the specific skills of an OT.
Exactly, and this is why I hate ‘career advisors’
