Quicker option search msconfig open it select boot tick safe mode apply then restart then repeat again while in safe mode to boot back into windows

Try resetting the CMOS. It's a battery that keeps all bios settings. It's located in the motherboard. To reset it, remove the battery, leave it like that for 5 minutes and put it back in and it should work
