Got to see Zac perform at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville back in August, 2023. To my surprise Jaret Reddick of Bowling for soup was also playing. Those two and other musicians sat in a circle in the middle of the cafe taking turns singing their songs with acoustic guitars. What a fun, memorable night.
My twin brother played this for me so many times. It hits different now that he's gone but my God I can relate so much. Chris Nixon you'll forever be missed. I love you so much.
I was a 15 year old hetero black kid, and while all my friends were singing crucial conflicts, I was walking down the street jamming and screaming this.... pure nostalgic bliss
I thank you! From a small town in Indiana inside a camaro in a Kroger parking lot on a warm beautiful summer night back in 1996. I will never forget my first love or this song.
O baixo do Ricky é inexplicável!
The minute you released this song, it became my brothers and mine. Through the years we've gone through waves of together and apart, as far as the U.S and Germany, and this is still our song. Thanks guys, you will always be important to me! I wore out your CD!
Absolutely loved seeing y’all in Lubbock, Texas Friday night. I got the fist bump and I’m still “dancing on the stage of my memory.” Please come back to LBK!!! ❤️
Man I loved this song back in the 90s. I am from Nepal and the grunge scene was huge here back the days. Still poeple love grunge bands like AIC Nirvana and Soundgarden
Ya my favorite since my sis left me this dude is way above the norm for beating out a the emotion of doom. Death great to see a dude that takes his playing to that realm of emotions are more than a. Beat. To me
Did sound for The Nixona at a New Year's gig in Norman a long time ago. Zac, climbs up on top of the mains and jumps onto the stage - then plunges through the stage and ends up standing with riser up to his chest with the guitarist trying to keep his stompboxes from sliding into the hole... admirably they didn't miss a beat and finished the song.
That snare tone is wicked. Reminds me of a Delegard finger tight don't touch it kid cause it sounds good in here type setups. always love the discipline this song takes.
One of the most influential songs I heard in my youth. Almost 30 years later this song still speaks to me just like the first time I heard it
1995 was the best year of my life
me too❤
Ditto. If I could go back and relive that summer and stop time I would
Why?
To me ... 2002... First great love ❤
Essa música me lembra verão de 96...
I am from Brazil ❤❤
One of the best bands of the 90's should of been way bigger
Sister is one of my favorite songs in the world! The first song that I learned to play in the guitar!❤🇧🇷
I came from a tiktok of someone saying there dad was in this band in the 90's
Gosto muito tbm
Me either and
I am Brazilian too
Beautiful!!!
The 90's was the last great decade of rock and roll on mainstream. Now you gotta look hard for it in the underground scene.

Me arrepiei aqui … deve ter sido fantástico esse momento!
I don’t have a little sister…but this song has always just connected with me. Love, love, love it for almost 30 years!
drummers need to get more credit, they never stop during a song. Love this tune!
Absolutely.
He never stops. Even playing to in two bands at the same time !
This song brings back so many memories , 90’s music is just so bloody good. You guys sound fantastic still.
I know I'm an old man now because 90s music is all I really listen to anymore.
My twin brother played this for me so many times. It hits different now that he's gone but my God I can relate so much. Chris Nixon you'll forever be missed. I love you so much.
RIP Chris. Blessings and support from me to you

I'm an only child but I had friend in school when this came out yrs ago like a sister and it reminds me of her still all these yrs later

A BANDA AINDA SOA MUITO BEM...SISTER É UMA MUSICA REALMENTE INCRIVEL!!!
One of the most underrated bands of the 90s...still don't understand why they didn't have more hits. Foma was an amazing album
Absolutely loved seeing y’all in Lubbock, Texas Friday night. I got the fist bump and I’m still “dancing on the stage of my memory.”
Please come back to LBK!!! ❤️
É bom ver tanto comentário brasileiro! The nixons merecia mais reconhecimento
Man I loved this song back in the 90s. I am from Nepal and the grunge scene was huge here back the days. Still poeple love grunge bands like AIC Nirvana and Soundgarden

Great song from the Nixons. God Bless Nixons 😎

My first concert was The Nixons in Boulder!!
Still a great song, and you guys still sound the same it’s like a trip back into my teen years of the 90’s.
Even better live! Awesome song!
Caramba! Só têm comentários de brasileiros. Brasileiro é mesmo diferente.
Envelheceram muito bem! Show.
That snare tone is wicked. Reminds me of a Delegard finger tight don't touch it kid cause it sounds good in here type setups. always love the discipline this song takes.
