      Thanks, its a challenging solo especially matching the original tempo which is around 240bpm!

    I havent watched the vid yet, i want to put a guess in. Is the b,e, a, a 251 and the d,g,c, a 147? Not sure what the random c to start is... im prolly way off. Hehehe

    sweet guitar. Thats a diminished maj 6 scale that you called Joe Pass bebop scale. Barry Harris thinks that the note should not have been left out of the major scale! Interesting if you think of the G major outlining the Bm then its a m6/7? I guess its a 2/5 The Bm6 is pretty much the same chord as the E7

      @@jamieholroydguitar I guess if you take the 1 major six arpeggio and add the diminished on the second degree and put them together you have that scale. Barry Harris, Also can do with the minor6/dominant and dominant b5. Not sure if anyone uses for soloing but for comping its probably great. Yea cool thanks for your thing here enjoying! Interesting too that C with the b13 is a minor 7b5 arpeggio a tritone away from the regular one that nets the C9!

    'CED' also refers to the initials of Charles E. Dederich, the disgraced founder of Synanon. This is where Joe was in rehab when he recorded CED.
