National Park: It was declared as National park in 1982.
Base camp: Ghangaria
World Heritage Site: Declared as World Heritage Site on July 14, 2005, by UNESCO.
Best time to visit: July and August
Hotels: One can stay at Ghangaria village and in Govind Dham Gurudwara
Entry Fee: Rs. 150 for Indians and Rs. 650 For non-Indians
Entry Timings: 7 am to 5 pm
Opening Date: Mostly First Week of July
Closing Date: Mostly First week of October

Valley of Flowers Trek - Heaven on Earth
Bestowed with the rare and exotic Himalayan flora, the Valley of Flowers is a bouquet of nature peacefully snuggled in the West Himalayan region of Uttarakhand.
The trek of Valley of flowers goes through dense forests, along with the Pushpawati river, and can be reached by crossing many bridges, glaciers, and waterfalls on the way.
This glaring piece of nature is an Indian National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site exhibiting plush meadows blossomed with endemic alpine flowers and diverse fauna
in this valley.

It shows your stubbornness, determination and willingness to improvise under adverse conditions.
No electricity to charge your equipment, impounding of your drone, lack of flowers in bloom because of the waning season....
All these did not deter you from filming the valley to the extent possible. It shows your grit and never say die spirit naveen. And I'm proud of you.
You have done your best to the extent possible and you are happy,we are content.
The scenario in the valley of flowers in autumn strikingly resembles a scene from some western film set in America with raw rock faces offset by fading meadows and distant waterfalls . The withered flowers add a touch of melancholy, with a stray shrub still in bloom depicting the lost glory of the valley.
The beauty was all there and you have captured it.
And the wandering philosopher has found the answer to his quest....

Really after watching this I really wishing to visit these place and as u said with no plastic pollution. Thanks for making this video so nicely capturing the nature and the nature sound. Yes I really did appreciate the moment when u show the two rivers joining and the waves it's really amazing feeling. In 2006 I did visit kedarnath and Badarinath we just pass by, we did hear of the beautiful place but we did not got the chance to visit. Thanks again very much !!

Just finished watching this series, and i am absolutely in love with it. Here i see two things, this is shot in September end and view of valley is just awesome. You can see far into valley, but flowers are less. Now if you talk about peak season, then we can see flowers but can't see valley like in this video (bcz of fog and cloud in rainy season). Is there a perfect time spot between the two? where you can see both flowers and valley in its full blush. I would love to get an answer.
