So tense, rigid, I'm surprised that Higaonna's teaching is so focused on power, that all of the smooth speed and flow that he had when he was younger is gone. Center meaning tanden (dantien)doesn't mean make the center tight like you're trying to take a shit. It should be relaxed. He looks like he trying to develop a hernia. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
