Best video I've ever seen on the breakdown of a front left hook. Went down a rabbit hole on bicycle helmets, masculinity and traffic wardens the other night, but came back to the original thing I was searching on. Makes me wanna punch my double end bag. Technique is simply beautiful, almost artistic. I just hope youtube algorithms give this video the credit it deserves. They dont like someone speaking against the system.

Have you ever considered trying to throw your arm out like a whip but the same body mechanics. I guarantee I can throw my backfist like a jab but a backfist in disguise faster.
